Apartamento, comodo, agradable, muy bien equipado, de 2 dormitorios dobles, salon, cocina abierta, baño completo y una gran terraza con salida directa a la piscina y solarium. Está orientado al oceano atlántico con unas fabulosasa vistas.

El complejo construido a finales del 2003 se encuentra en la mejor zona residencial del Puerto de la Cruz y cuenta con 29 apartamentos distribuidos entre planta baja y un primer piso, además de la zona ajardinada, un amplio solarium con piscina.

Playa Jardin es la playa más cercana a unos 300/350 mts., fué diseñada por el arquitecto canario Cesar Manrique y es una delicia pasear por sus paseos a distintos niveles llenos de plantas y flores tropicales.

Punta Brava, antiguo barrio de pescadores a unos 100 mts., dónde encontraremos bares, restaurantes, pequeños comercios, farmacia, etccc.

El Loro Parque está tambien cerca y se trata de un fantástico complejo de jardines tropicales con numerosos shows acuáticos

que merece la pena visitar.

El Puerto de la Cruz está situado en la costa norte de Tenerife y constituye el más importante núcleo turístico de Tenerife y de

España por su maravilloso clima.

Antigua ciudad colonial, las calles del Puerto mantienen todo el año una animada actividad, un ambiente distendido que invita a la relajación y al descanso, al paseo y a la contemplación de sus edificios más tradicionales.

En la isla de Tenerife se práctica casi de todo, desde senderismo,parapente, deportes acuáticos y muchos lugares para visitar de interés turístico.

    Very pleasant accommodation - well equipped and comfortable - with sea view. On a hill outside the town so a vehicle is necessary. Friendly and helpful owners.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Encarna y Enric (the owner) a message.

    If Encarna y Enric (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
