Excellent apartment well equipped, with everything needed for a nice and perfect stay in a beautiful and quiet complex, ideal to relax. The flat dispose of 1 double bedroom, bathroom, livingroom, open kitchen and a large terrace with direct exit to the pool and solarium.

The complex build end of 2013 is located in the best residential area of Puerto de la Cruz and 29 apartments are in total distributed between ground floor and a first floor, as wel as the garden area, a large solarium and pool.

The nearest beach is Playa Jardin at 300/350 mts far away, design by a canary architect Cesar Manrique; a very special place with promenades at different levels with tropical plants and flowers everywhere.

Punta Brava, the old fisherman district at 100 mts. far more or less and where to find bars, restaurants, small shops, chemistry etcc...

Loro Parque is near as well and it is a fantastic tropicals gardens complex with quite a few animals shows that we sincerely recommend visiting.

Puerto de la Cruz is located in Tenerife North coast, the most important touristic center of our island and of Spain caused over all by its specially nice and mild temperature all the year around.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Encarna (the owner) a message.

If Encarna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
