This is a luxury two bedroom apartment with a huge veranda overlooking the pool area.

It is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Kapparis offering a breathtaking view of the sea. It is located close to all the amenities you will require such as shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars and is only a 20 minute walk from the nearest beach - Firemans Cove.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of one of the blocks which overlooks the pool and has sea view - This apartment has one of the best locations on the complex!

The apartment was recently repainted in August 2018 internally to freshen it up, to keep it like new.

The apartment includes over 300 UK TV channels such as BBC1, ITV, Sky Sports, Euro Sport, Sky Movies, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon to name just a few - At no extra cost!

Really pleased with the cleanliness and the quite location. A car is needed but that was not a problem to us. The large balcony was so lovely to sit and enjoy the sunsets as well as day time sun and shade. Had to contact the management team on a small issue but that was sorted the same day( excellent service) If arriving at night time a touch would be handy as it took a while to work out where the door was to the apartment as lift not working but in day light so easy...… Yes would return again for another relaxing break. Thankyou

We enjoyed a very peaceful break at Armonia Apartments in Kapparis. Having access to English TV and music and the lovely large patio where we could enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset with views of the sea was a major bonus for us at this location. The site was well maintained with lovely flowers and trees. Pool cleaned regularly and kept spotless. We would definitely use this apartment again. We would say that a car is essential but as we always hire a car Any way this was not an issue for us. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating and responds very quickly to any queries.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your feedback. With regards to the key fob, this was something we opted for instead of a timer as some other apartment owners on the complex have timers fitted and they get complaints from guests as it automatically switches off the electric after 3 hours. This means the air con switches off during the night and someone needs to get up and reset the timer to get the air con back on. The key fob avoids a nights sleep being disturbed but appreciate your comments.

We have contacted our management company who oversee the cleaning and brought this feedback to their attention. We take pride in our apartment as our family use it regularly and I hope this was a one off situation, as previous feedback left by some other guests references the apartment being clean. Regards

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Drew & Ashley (the owner) a message.

If Drew & Ashley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
