“Value for money” We have stopped in quite a few Villas in the Protaras and Pernera area. However I can categorically say this is the best equipped Villa both inside and out we have ever stayed in. My wife and I were with my daughter, her husband and 3 children. On arrival the Villa was very clean and we were provided with a nice welcoming pack. Outside there were more than sufficient sunbeds, seats and tables around the very private pool area. The location of the Villa is on a small cull de sac and is probably a 5 minute walk to the varied bars and restaurants in Penera. So it is a nice enough distance away from any passing tourist noise which is extremely relaxing during the day or for an evening barbecue. Mark was excellent in keeping in touch with us before the holiday and thank you for arranging our transfers and late departure. I would certainly recommend this Villa for any family who wishes to holiday in Pernera. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will certainly return.

“Amazing villa, better than expected!” Couldn't have asked for anything better. The villa is even nicer than on the pictures, great location. The pool is a good size and gets sun all day long. The booking of the villa was easy and the owners arranged good price transfers from the airport too.

“Beautiful Villa for a Fantastic Honeymoon Holiday” Sunrise Villa is such a beautiful place to stay for our honeymoon in Protaras. This lovely villa is even better than the photos on the website which already do it great justice. Jo Lamonby from Holiday Lettings was so very helpful. From the moment we booked the villa until we arrived home, Jo was on hand and always ready to answer any questions we had. The owner, Vasilis, was also so very helpful when we had a couple of queries which only he could answer. Nothing was too much trouble to ask either one of them which made the holiday even better as we felt we were in safe hands. Although the villa is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, with such a beautiful kidney shaped pool and lovely pool area which was sunny the whole day, to relax by, it was a perfect place to relax and unwind during the day. The fact that we were on our honeymoon did not go unmissed by Jo, who left us a lovely bottle of pink champagne to celebrate with. The only negative feedback I can give is that we can’t use it next year as it’s already booked for the dates we wanted. And that shows what a lovely holiday home it really is with so many repeat bookers ❤️

“Relaxing Stay” My partner and I stayed here with my daughter her husband and our 3 year old twin grandsons from 6th to 13 May 2012. The villa was lovely with everything you could need for a relaxing in stay in the beautiful sunshine. The boys loved the pool and there were lots of pool toys for them to play with. In a quiet location once you got your bearings you were only 5 minutes away from the harbour and beach in one direction and 5 minutes in the other direction to the main street with the many bars and restaurants. We liked the Windmill and Blue Spice particularly. We only felt the need to venture out during the day on one occasion when we caught the local bus to Protaras. Local bus costs only 1 euro and runs every 15 minutes and the beaches in Protaras are amazing with crystal clear water. Other than that we relaxed by the pool during the day which was lovely. I would definitely recommend the villa if you want a chilled out relaxing break but with the opportunity to explore if you want to.

“Villa Doria, Protaras” Just returned from an excellent week staying in Villa Doria. Fantastic location, roughly 10min walk to the main strip/bars/restaurants, 20mins to the beech which is lovely. The Villa was the perfect size for myself and 2 children, good facilities and everything needed. Even the pool water was surprisingly warm and we made full use of it!! Jo was brilliant at organising & communicating prior to our arrival, all right down to the airport taxi's (well worth booking) & even let us check out a little later as of our late flight back - much appreciated and a nice touch for the end of our holiday. Highly recommended and will definatley book again when we return to Cyprus!! Andrew, Callum & Chloe

“Amazing holiday” We stayed in a beautiful Villa about 10 minute walk to the strip/beach in Protaras, there are a number of shops/restaurants on the walk to the strip, no need for a car but we hired one as we like to drive out to Cape Greco where the pirate ship sails out to, and we watch everyone jumping out and having a swim, beautiful views. We also went to Nappa, it cost 2.50 euros per person each way which is quite cheap, Nappa st night is defo worth a visit. Overall we all had a lovely holiday and would go back again.

“lovely villa in a great position” Lovely villa very clean throughout and well appointed. Great position 100 yards from beach. Local shops a bars very close. Broadwalk into Protaras is lovely - Protaras 20 min walk away. Car recommended to view rest of island. table tennis table at villa was nice bonus.

“Villa Coroneo” What a fantastic holiday we had. The Villa had everything and was stunning. There were 9 of us in total but there was plenty of room for us all. Kids and Adults alike loved the pool and the BBQ was great for dinner. Jo the Villa manager was great and always available for any questions you may have either before you go or even whilst there. It is ideally situated with Penera being a short 5 minute walk away or the more lively/busier Protaras centre being 10/15 minutes walk away. Couldn't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a great/well presented Villa in lovely surroundings. Lucky enough to have been able to book already for next summer

“Spacious and well equipped Villa” Having stayed in other Villas in the area, we found Atlantis Villa the best by far, very well equipped with nothing forgotten. The views are just wonderful and you could sit all day and watch the boats going past from the comfort of the abundant furniture outside. The pool was just heaven when the temperatures rose and was cleaned twice during our weeks stay. Sue and Jan were very helpful and attended to any query immediately. We hired a car from Julianna car rental in Kapparris who were very easy to deal with and collected and returned us to the airport. The neighbours who are mostly Cypriot were very friendly when we saw them but mostly had the place to ourselves. Plenty of really good eating places in the village and surrounding areas. All in all we had a most enjoyable stay and will definitely be back.
“Excellant” We stayed here for a week and found it to be in a quiet area but within easy reach of all amenities and Protaras is a very nice walk and not far away, although preferably in the morning as it gets pretty hot even in May. We had a welcome basket waiting for us which did not cost us anything and was a very nice touch. It included all the basic essentials and some extras that we didn't expect such as wine, cheese, jam etc. Overall a very nice holiday experience.

“Beautiful Villa” The villa was in a great location only a couple minutes to the shops and a short walk to the local beach. It came fully equipped, was decorated to a very high standard and was immaculate both inside and out with a lovely pool. It catered to our every need and made our week long holiday thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa and will be back next year.
