In Winter guests may need move around during the day to avoid shadows that are longer in the Winter. Daylight ends 16.30 - 17.00

Comfortable beds in all bedrooms. Car not needed, 400m to sandy beach.

The villa is in a quiet area, yet easy walking distance to all amenities. (Therefore after 21.00 the pool area should be kept quiet, and no more than 6 adults may stay/visit the villa).

This is a 3 bedroomed Villa - 1 bedroom is en-suite shower, and the second bedroom is a twin with a family bathroom, whilst the 3rd bedroom is a double, sharing the family bathroom. 3rd WC/basin downstairs. Heating for winter breaks, and heated swimming pool (extra cost). Dedicated WIFI Router with UK or international TV. Own pool terrace with sun loungers etc. Just walk outside and you can be on the beach or to local restaurants and shops within 2-5 mins. Close to major resorts Protaras (Protaras = 30min beach walk, 10 min drive), and Ayia Napa (15 mins drive). Very relaxed for all to enjoy, and well enjoyed by guests. Now upgraded with many child friendly extras, safety pool cover if required. Stair gates, high chair and cot.

Hi Stelios Thank you for the review which is immensely disappointing. Unfortunately, this is the first I heard there was a problem, and if I had known when you arrived agent would have been told to sort without any delay, although of course agent should not need ourselves to become involved. I did hear that 16 guests were using the pool for 5 days just prior to your arrival, all from Nicosia. This completely overwhelmed the filters etc with sun cream and oil. I am very sorry you were inconvenienced by this. We had been misled into believing 6/7 guests were arriving being the max allowed. They trashed the villa, and everyone struggled to restore the villa in time for your arrival, although I note you have only mentioned the pool and BBQ. I assume therefore everything else was fine, and the house itself was perfectly clean. Other future guests can be assured that we will never allow a similar situation to arise again, as we will disallow the arrival of any similar non family guests. The pool and BBQ will be sparkling clean in advance of any arrivals, as will be the villa itself, especially with Covid.

We are pleased the villa suited your needs and you were able to enjoy your 5 day holiday, in particular the pool and local amenities. Feedback is always helpful, and our agent is on hand 16hrs/day to quickly attend to any concerns guests may have. Of course everything should be perfect on arrival, but we know that sometimes this may not be the case and so the welcome meeting is a chance to relay any issues arising whilst our agent is visiting. We therefore ask that all guests report their concerns as soon as possible, so they can be quickly addressed, and not detract from the rest of their holiday in any way. Maintenance contractors are on hand for emergencies 24/7. They will sort less urgent works in between bookings, and during the quieter times of the year. We visit twice a year, pre-and post season, updating/repairing/replacing where needed. Our own visit is due very soon and without a doubt the feedback provided will be used to ensure items mentioned are remedied, if not already. Our agent has also been informed so that any shortcomings can be taken into account for the future. Thanks again for both your booking and feedback.

How do damage deposits work?
