Firemans Beach Villa is a luxury, modern 4 bedroom home, perfect for family holidays in an idyllic location. Positioned on one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline where golden sandy beaches and honey coloured cliffs, sea caves, tranquil surroundings and the crystal clear azure water of the Mediterranean all blend together to form a truly magnificent and enchanting atmosphere. Our local beach, with its soft golden sand is an easy 2 minute walk from the villa, and within a 5 minute stroll you will find a wide choice of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. Our second lovely sandy beach has water sports galore and is a gentle 15 minute walk away.The villas fabulous 9m pool is significantly larger than most and its good size 400m2 plot, barbecue, outside shower and sun loungers ensure perfect outside living. The flat screen TV with choice of English TV channels, super quiet air-conditioning and modern, high quality furniture will ensure the most comfortable stay.

Firemans Beach Villa is in a small private estate in Kapparis, a much sought after area, on the outskirts of Protaras and near Paralimni. The villa provides perfect family accommodation in a perfect location. The four bedrooms are on the 1st floor and downstairs you'll find all mod cons in the kitchen as well as three spacious sofas and large screen TV. If the sun, beach, pool and luxurious surroundings are your ideal holiday you won't need a car, but with a short taxi journey or your own car you can reach the centre of Protaras in only five minutes along the spectacular coast. Paralimni with its cosmopolitan shops and pretty town square is 5 minutes away and Ayia Napa with its famous night life can be reached in 10 minutes. The water park at Ayia Thekla is a great day out and only 20 mins drive from the villa.

I am so shocked and upset by your review. We had no idea you were unhappy about the cleanliness of the villa and are so surprised that you didn't pick up the phone to let us know. We would have been straight onto our Property Management company to revisit and address your concerns. We send a lot of information and on the front page it asks you to let us know if there are any problems. You chose not to. We want everyone to enjoy their holiday but we can't address issues if we are only told about them in a review months after your return. The directions we send include exactly which house it is. While we are pleased you enjoyed the pool and the area we are incredibly disappointed to get such a poor rating because you couldn't count the 5th house on the left as per directions sent to you and you couldn't be bothered to let us know there were issues that could easily have been addressed. We visit the house once a year and last year installed table tennis table, new freezer, large tv . We do our best to ensure the villa is properly maintained but without feedback at the appropriate time we can't do anything if our property management company or their cleaners have let us down.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
