Villa Diana has an ideal location set in the exclusive Blue Water Bay Village development which lies between Blue Water Bay Beach and Fireman's beach on one side, and the centre of Kapparis village on the other. It offers a haven of tranquillity and privacy, while being just a short walk from safe sandy beaches, tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities. Hence it is not essential to hire a car as everything is close at hand. Ideal for honeymooners, couples wanting privacy, or for families. It offers a safe environment for children, being at the end of a private cul-de-sac with no through traffic, with high fences and lockable gates and a toddler proof fence to the pool area. The villa is a fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with its own pool, garden and patios. Equipped to the high standard expected of a modern villa. If you are traveling with small children it has all the kit you need including a playhouse, travelcots, highchair, changing mats , potty, childrens chairs and crockery, toys, stair gates at both the top and bottom of the stairs and childrens window safety locks on all upstairs windows and patio doors. These locks allow you to lock the window or door in the open position 3 inches wide for ventilation purposes without the toddler getting through and falling. There is free full WiFi and an iPod/iPhone5+ dock by Azatom. New in 2016 is a pergola and outdoor coffee table and chairs. Also we have converted the pool to a salt water system, so no chlorine stinging the eyes!

Just returned from a three week stay in Villa Diana. From start to finish it was fantastic. Picked up at the airport by Empire Car rentals (organised when booking the villa) Chirs, the owner and his family lovely lovely people who could not be more helpful, I ended up hiring a car from them for most of my stay and they gave me a good deal. Back to the Villa, it delivered everything it said on the tin! the owner was very good at emailing pre informaiton which made me feel really confident that all would be okay. Villa is lovely, spacious, clean and modern. Lovely little things like lots of floats for the pool, books and a few DVDS left behind were great touches. Meant that we too left bits behind for the next guests! Kapparis is a lovely area, very very safe, all the restaurants that Harry/David recommend turned out to be great, cocktails at Mello great value and tasted great! Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and the area for families. If you need a car or a cab somewhere definitly see Chris and his family at Empire cars.

My wife and I and our twenty month old son stayed in Villa Diana for one week in mid May 2012. We had a lovely stay and were very impressed with the villa which is modern, well equipped and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Villa Diana is a detached premises with three upstairs bedrooms which sleep six. There is also one child’s travel cot in one of the bedrooms. The downstairs is a very spacious open plan living/kitchen area. The villa is fully air conditioned. There is a swimming pool at the front of the building which is cleaned/serviced twice a week. The entire property is surrounded by a secure wall and high lockable front gate making it very safe and secure. We were particularly impressed with how child friendly it is, with toys, high chair and baby changing equipment provided. There is a secure fence preventing child access from the villa’s front terrace area to the swimming pool. It is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach (Malama) From this beach there is a coastal path running north for about 1 km to Fireman’s beach. The main street of Kapparis is only a couple of minutes walk away and contains several good restaurants and pubs. If you are considering a holiday to Cyprus, I would whole heartedly recommend Villa Diana. Staying there really did make our holiday and we plan to return in the near future Dave, Lisa and Ben Newquay, England

“Great Villa and Great Location”

We stayed at Villa Diana fro 10 days from the start of April 2012. It was our first time to Cyprus. There were 5 of us staying, this included a 4 year old, 15 year old, grandma and parents. The Villa is really great, there is loads of space and it is really nicely kitted out. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen and open plan living room is really nice. It is nice and quiet at night. We used the pool and outdoor patios as well. It has a nice homely feel and not so so much like a "rental" place. It is close to Kapparis village which has a nice selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Nothing too busy. There are a couple of supermarkets close by. We spent pretty much all the time at Firemans beach (15min walk) which is really nice, very child friendly. We had really good weather, the sea and the pool were a bit cold but it didn't put us off ! I would recommend the Villa. It is ideally situated and very comfortable, there is plenty of scope to hire a car/use the bus to explore more as well.
