Description

This stunning exquisite villa is located in an exclusive area, close to beautiful white sand beach and local bars and restaurants,a quiet development with a tennis court and play area for the children close by. The villa has 2 bedrooms, with the main bedroom at the front of the villa ,with a patio door leading to a balcony.all rooms are fully air conditioned,we have satelite tv with selection of dvds and wifi ,theres a lovey tiled bathroom with shower ,There is a separate wc on the ground floor. The living/dining/kitchen areas are spacious and open plan with patio doors leading from the kitchen to a veranda and outside seating area is new top grade patio funiture ,sun beds and There is a private pool with locked grounds,we have a out door shower and barbecue. The garden is finished in astro turf and tiles finished in very high grade ,please note if smoking round pool area use ashtrays provided ,but not in villa.The pool area is safe for children as the villa is enclosed, gated and secure. There is a gated parking area at the rear of the property cyprus has an ideal climate, the summers are long and hot and in the winter months there are excellent skiing facilities in the Troodos mountains. The Cypriot hospitality is second to none and although the resort of Protaras offers excellent facilities,WiFi Has been fitted .the local towns and villages to experience all Cyprus has to offer. The roads are easy to use as they drive on the left and car hire is cheap. If you prefer not to drive there are many trips and excursions on offer and lots of historical and cultural places to see. The North of Cyprus is now easily accessed.ProtarasThe most popular resort in Southern Cyprus, Protaras is a lively family resort which offers something for everyone. Its wide variety of bars and restaurants caters for all tastes and budgets.You can sun yourself in the privacy and seclusion of the villa with your own pool and eat exclusively at your own BBQ area or you can take a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Pernera and join the lively night life and bustling holiday resort atmosphere. The many bars offer a variety of entertainment including tribute bands, karaoke and live music. Children are always welcome in the bars and their personal entertainment is catered for . The choice is yours!Protaras has some of the best beaches on the island with the large main beach and resort centre only a short walk away. The water park at Ayia Napa is easily accessed by either car or bus being 10 minutes drive away. “Wonderful”

We are a family of 4 and have just had the most wonderful week staying in Villa Millie Cyprus. The villa was exactly as described and everything we had hoped it would be -modern, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from a good range of restaurants and gift shops etc and a really lovely quiet beach. Andy the villa owner was great throughout and responded quickly to all emails/texts etc. We wish we had booked for 2 weeks now as we were definitely not ready to come home. We would 100% recommend staying here to anyone and would love to return to stay again ourselves one day.

“Superb villa, great pool, good location and fantastic value”

Villa Mille is absolutely superb. Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and mother in law and we couldn't have been happier. Its really clean and tidy with good condition furnishings and fittings. The pool is faultless, cleaned 3 times a week and reasonably private even though there are other houses around. It has a private gated parking space which you access from the rear garden. The beds were very comfortable and the AC which was a godsend at night due to the 40 degree plus weather we had was great. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 mins and there are a number of small supermarkets even closer than that. You don't NEED a car but I would always recommend having one, the Metro supermarket in Paralimni is a must for value and the variety of stuff you can get and is about 5 mins drive away. Plus if you wanted to venture into Protaras or further afield then a car would be essential. Andrew (the owner) couldn't have been better, we had to change our dates at the last minute due to a bereavement and he did this without fuss and at no cost to us, we were even able to stay in the villa until late on our day of departure (gave us an extra days holiday in reality.) This place has everything you need for a great stay in Cyprus, We were just very disappointed that he was booked up in September as we were going to book a further week immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here over and over again.

We visited Cyprus for a wedding and rented this villa. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful pool and outside area! Bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was lovely. We had a great time would deffinately rent this place again!

We visited Cyprus for a wedding and wanted accommodation that was near to protaras town, beaches and suitable for 2 small children. All of this criteria was met. Andrew the villa owner was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.
