“Ideal family stay”
Well located and walking distance to the town. A very well appointed house with everything (and lots more) that you would need for a holiday stay. There was plenty of games and toys for our two young children with a sunny back yard in a quiet location. Elaine was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and a member of my family has since booked for later this year.
Owner's reply: Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in the property. I hope you are able to visit again.

“Superb house in excellent location”
We have been to the Fylde coast many times, to houses in Lytham, St Anne's, Blackpool, and have also visited Ribby Hall several times. As our children are getting a bit too old for Ribby, I wanted somewhere we hadn't been and had never heard of Poulton. What a find! We have just returned from a two week visit and the house was superb. Two comfortable living rooms, downstairs loo, well equipped kitchen with a large dining area and patio doors opening to the garden (which was very private) and a very good sized utility room. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a good sized bathroom, all spotlessly clean. A huge number of games, toys, computer games, DVDs and homely decor made it very comfortable. There is a short cut from the house to the town centre which brings you right out at a lovely Wetherspoons with a large beer garden (the weather was fab, so it was lovely to sit outside) and the town centre. Poulton is quite an upmarket town with enough shops and cafes to not have to venture far, and there are so many restaurants for such a small town: pubs, Indian, Mexican, Tapas, Italian, Chinese and many more and they all had customers midweek (Saturday nights the town was very busy, but not rowdy - a nice atmosphere) - it seems like a very sociable town, where people go out often. We usually use our holiday house as a base to visit surrounding areas, but the house and garden were so comfortable and the town so lovely that, aside from days at the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle (approx 10 minute drive), we didn't venture far and have had the most relaxing holiday in a very long time. Elaine, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout but left us to ourselves if she was not needed. Our first choice if we visit the Fylde coast again.
Owner's reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely view. I’m so glad you enjoyed a Poulton... there are a large variety of restaurants and bars to choose from and like you said it’s never too noisy. A lot of the locals enjoy socialising and eating out hence I would say most nights there is a reasonable atmosphere, especially during holiday season. We would love you and your family to stay with us again. Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime in the future. Thanks again. Elaine

“Ideal situation to tour the area”
Well placed for easy access to local atractions, easy walk to the pub which serves a menu sufficient for every taste
“Absolutely lovely house, would highly recommend”
This lovely house is in a very quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the town centre and only a few miles away from Blackpool. The facilities in the house are brilliant, it is very well equipped and very comfortable. I can't rate it highly enough, and would go back if I need to go back to the area again.
Owner's reply: Thank you for your positive feedback. It is always so important to us that our guests enjoy their stay and we would be happy to welcome you back at anytime. Elaine
