Description

The Villa is located on a hill in Agios Aimilianos overlooking the Kounoupi beach. It is 6km away from Porto Heli, in a quiet and remote area, among other villas, decorated in a stylish and modern way. Fully equipped (including linen and pool towels). Private 40 sq.m pool, large shaded verandah areas, with amazing sea view, BBQ, Wi-Fi Internet VDSL 30MBps Access and Satellite TV, A/C. In its spacious interior the villa can accommodates up to 9 people. Ideal for families, where the kids can play either at the pool or at the large garden.

Easy access to numerous beaches and the islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros.

The family villa extends on 3 levels.

The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace, 43” Satellite TV and Hi-Fi stereo equipment. There is direct access to the outdoor area, where the guests can swim in the private pool, enjoy the sun in the sunbeds, use the spacious BBQ and relax around the wooden dining table, while enjoying the amazing view of the surrounding area. The kitchen has all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee maker.

The master bedroom is situated at the 1st floor along with an ensuite bathroom and has access to a big terrace, with amazing view of the area, where you can have some privacy and relax.

There is VDSL 30Mbps Internet Access with full Wi-Fi coverage

On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a washing machine /dryer.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned.

The Villa is ideal for families with kids, groups of friends or couples.

The Villa is within walking distance from a remote and picturesque beach where you can enjoy the sun and the sea. There are many more beaches in the area where you can reach them either by car, bike or you can even rent a boat.

You can reach the Villa either by car (180km from Athens), or by High-Speed Boats from the port of Piraeus. Spetses, Hydra, and Poros islands can be reached either by private sea taxis or High-Speed Boats.

Porto Heli is about 150min drive from Athens. There is also access by sea from the port of Piraeus. Hydrofoils depart daily, for the islands of Poros, Spetses, Hydra and Porto Heli.
