Feel Porto Downtown Poets Flat is an apartment with 160 m², located in Porto, is ideal for families or large groups.

It consists of 4 fully equipped rooms with three double beds, two queen size beds, two double sofa beds and one individual sofa bed.

Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, plus a service bathroom. If you are traveling with children or babies, it is possible to request one or more cribs for the comfort of the younger ones.

You will find a spacious kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, various kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, frying pan, coffee machine and washing machine.

The living room has the necessary comfort for dinners and social gatherings with family or friends.

This apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 televisions, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Access to the apartment is by elevator. The building also provides covered parking in a nearby building.

Located right in the centre of Porto, this accommodation offers in its surroundings all the means to make your experience more welcoming.

About 5 minutes away is the famous Bolhão market, which features the Tripeira soul, full of fresh produce every day. About 2 minutes away you will also have a pharmacy at your disposal. The Santo António Hospital is also at a distance of 2km, available for any necessary situation.

As for the gastronomy, being it also a symbol of the city, you will have at about 600m the Cervejaria Levare, with the famous Francesinhas, or the Escondidinho restaurant, with traditional Portuguese food, at the same distance. At 600m is also located the São Bento Train Station.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
