Luxurious, spacious and bright apartment centrally located, 5 minute walk to the metro station (direct to airport) and to the beginning of the city centre and shopping area.

Located in tree-lined street in a nice and quiet residential neighbourhood but still lively and with everything you need at a walking distance - grocer’s, pharmacy, fishery, and lots of antique and vintage shops.

A top floor apartment that has recently been through a renovation, keeping its style and personality, but giving it a comfortable and cosy atmosphere.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower), a kitchen (equipped with fridge, stove, oven and microwave) a living room (with a double bed sofa) and dinning room with a nice balcony.

The balcony has a beautiful and relaxing view and is the perfect spot for an outside breakfast, before starting the day discovering the fascinating city of Porto.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and a residential area. It was totally renewed, including news efficient windows. Apart from that, please note, that in JUNE all over the city there are popular festivities and probably will you have some music (noise) till late evening, special from 23 till 26.

Why can't I call Miguel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miguel (the owner) a message.

If Miguel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
