It is RSA first floor apartment, CCTV secured that is situated in Port Louis, the capital of the beautiful island of Mauritius, close to the Marketplace, Caudan Waterfront, many Historic sites, Citadel, Champ De Mars RaceCourse, and 20 mins from the beach by bus.

The apartment consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 large well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 persons.

Parking space is available for free.

RSA Apartment is a modern building located in a quiet zone in the city centre.

The 1st floor consists of one more living room, a balcony, 3 more bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a washing machine as well.

The 2nd floor/rooftop consists of a big terrace that overlooks the beautiful city of Port-Louis where you can also enjoy a spectacular sunset.

Full space is available for children to play.

All facilities are provided to ensure an enjoyable stay in a safe and comfortable environment.

An unexpected luxury that guests can share with other residents or independently with family or friends according to their request.

If the full apartment is being rented then guests will have access to each and every part of it.

But in case where only the ground floor is being rented then guests will not have access to the 1st floor.

However, both ground and 1st floor's guests will have access to the rooftop balcony for quiet/fresh air.

Please note that AC's in each rooms will be available upon guests' requests with an additional charged fee.

For medical facilities; a clinic is found very near. Guests can also visit the covered market and make their purchases. Situated in the capital city where the apartment is within close range of restaurants, Champ De Mars Racecourse, Citadel Fort, China Town, Caudan Waterfront shopping centre, Aapravasi Ghat. Few minutes from shopping mall Jumbo Riche Terre where our guests can taste local cuisine as well as international food within the foodcourt as well as buy their groceries. Around 15mins away from Pamplemousse Botanical Garden, L'Aventure du Sucre Museum. 20mins from Northern beaches; Grand Bay, Pereybere, Mont Choisy etc... Located around 40mins from the airport, the apartment is easily accessible from all parts of the island.

How do damage deposits work?
