Kallinousa beach villa is situated in Pomos village, right on the sea front overlooking the breathtaking views of the Pomos coastline and Pomos harbour.Newly renovated pool and grounds in 2016.

Fitted with spa bath, floor to ceiling windows and stone details, this split level and tastefully decorated 3-bedroom villa of KALLINOUSA BEACH opens to2 balconies and a furnished patio.It consists of a dining area a seating area with flat screen satellite TV and a kitchen with stove and all the equipment.

Quests may relax at the sun sun loungers of the sun terrace by the pool or enjoy the BBQ. Facilities include a well tended garden with grassy areas and palm trees. Upon arrival quests, are welcomed with generous welcome pack consisting of beverages , breakfast products and various treats.

Air Conditioning and Central Heating are not charged.

Pomos port, as well as several restaurants and beaches can be reached within a short walk. Paphos town is at a distance of 55 km and Paphos international airport is aproximatly 65 km away. Free private parking is possible on site.

A) As soon as the new guests confirm their booking, they receive from us a welcome message including first information about route directions from the airport to villa and entry codes. We also inform them that we are at their disposal at any time. Our guests usually receive the entrance keys from the safe box next to the entrance of the villa. Upon arrival, we welcome them with a generous welcome pack consisting of fruit, beverages, soft drinks, sweets, hot coffee, biscuits and almost anything needed in order to face the first few days. We are at our guests disposal at any time. We never disturb them unless if they call us for some help

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kate (the owner) a message.

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
