This beautiful villa with pool in Chianti is located near the town of Poggibonsi, surrounded by the gently rolling hills of this beautiful region. The accommodation is on two floors and can comfortably accommodate 18 people.

Accommodation, 400 sqm : GROUND FLOOR: living room (satellite TV, DVD), 1 double bedroom (160x190), 1 twin (90x200), 1 bathroom with shower. Separate Laundry room with washer, iron and ironing board, sink). Air conditioning supplied with portable element, but usually not necessary on this floor as it is fresh also during the summer. HIGHER GROUND FLOOR: living / dining room (air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD) with access to a large furnished wooden-roofed terrace which offers a marvellous view over the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring Castle of Strozzavolpe, a magnificent ancient fortress, kitchen, 5 bedrooms with air conditioning [(1 double bedroom (180 x 200), 1 double bedroom (170x190), 3 twin (85x190 / 90x200 )], 3 bathrooms, one of which with Jacuzzi and shower and two with shower. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. Internet wi fi connection

This holiday home in Tuscany is surrounded by a well tended park of 6000 sqm with lawns and plants, totally fenced, and comprises a swimming pool (12x6, open May-Sept) equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas as well as a barbecue. An ideal location for all those seeking peace and quiet but also a perfect point of departure for visiting the beautiful attractions of the Chianti region such as San Gimignano 12km, Colle Val d’Elsa 7km, Certaldo, Greve in Chianti, Volterra (30km), Monteriggioni 15km, as well as most Tuscan art centres. Siena 27km, in fact can be reached in 30 minutes whereas Florence in 45 (50km). Nearest shops, restaurants, supermarket , post office, banks, railway station in Poggibonsi 2,5km away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
