A total of 80 inhabitable meters, plus 15 terrace, with wonderful views of the promenade and the sea. Will allow you to enjoy intimate evenings during sunset and sunrise. Two bedroom apartment, one bedroom with sea views and access to the terrace and one with twin beds. Well equipped, comfortable. large kitchen with dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven and hob. Air conditioning and heat pump. TV and WIFI. I personally stay with tenants at a point easy to find and from there we will go to the apartment where I explain the workings of everything that they might need and will indicate to them the most important places in the area, both for excursions that you can not miss , bars and most reliable restaurants in the area and anything else they may need. I live in the town of Vera and therefore I am 5 kms from the beach.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If José Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
