Superb studio apartment which has been fully refurbished.

The apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable lounge with HD LED TV with a choice of English channels.

WiFi: Available with an additional charge of £10 per week.

Book shelf with an extensive reading library.

The apartment is fully equipped so our guests have everything they need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The balcony has a superb view of the complex, including a sea view, it gets sunshine from midday right through to sunset, ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing pre-dinner drinks.

Changeover days are Tuesday or Friday for 7 or 14 night bookings,

however we do take bookings for 10 nights (Tuesday to Friday) or 11 nights ( Friday to Tuesday) subject to availability.

Situated in one of the best locations on the complex our studio has access to all the nearby amenities:

Seafront promenade and beaches, the golden mile with its abundance of restaurants, cafe bars and shops.

The apartment is located close to the prestigious Safari shopping centre which has an excellent selection of restaurants, cafe bars and shops, a well stocked supermarket, a taxi rank situated directly across the road.

Nearby access to an excellent choice of facilities:

Fine restaurants, cafe bars, night life, casino, sports facilities (including a nearby golf course), shopping centres including Siam Mall.

Immediately to the rear of the complex is the promenade which has both sandy and natural beaches with a flat sea front access along the promenade, great for having an enjoyable walk in the sunshine or a pleasant evening stroll to Playa Troya Beach or to the nearby resort and harbour of Los Cristianos, both are within 15-20 minutes walking distance.
