This is a one bedroom ground floor studio with private terrace in a beach front dream location, perfect for couples and families who want to be next to the promenade and beach. Tenerife Royal Gardens is situated on the beach front, between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. An ideal holiday resort, Tenerife Royal Gardens lives up to its name with attractive and exotic landscaping surrounding a splendid swimming pool and sunbathing area, which are the exterior local points.

Tenerife Royal Gardens is a peaceful, tranquil resort, and all the fun and activity of this lively vacation island are only a few minutes away. Las Vistas Beach is only a two-minute walk away. Price is based on 2 people stay. Late key collection charges - past 11pm - will apply.

It consists of a Large Living area with Air conditioning, Safe, flat screen TV, with UK, German, French, Italian and Spanish stations, BBC & Sky News, a Cozy Corner Sofa, Coffee Table, Sideboard, Dining Table 2 Stools. The Kitchenette is equipped with Fridge, Oven, Hob, Micro Wave, Kettle, Toaster and the Ironing board.The Segregated Bedroom has a 5ft Double Bed with a Wardrobe either side of the bed. The Bathroom has Toilet, Washing machine, and a shower cubicle, our Towels are for apartment use only. We do not supply beach towels; you need to bring your own with you. Fresh bedding and bath and kitchen towels will be provided.

“Great Apartment”

Just came back fro Tenerife and already planning next trip! We stayed at Tenerife Royal Gardens apartment this time and definitely will book with Elena again. Apartment is exceptionally clean, the bedding and towels all provided. Kitchen has everything what you might need on the short and comfortable stay. Apartment has a sideways view to the ocean and promenade. Very quite, no street noise. Playa Las Vista beach right on your doorstep. Swimming pool is great, premises are well looked after. Gated complex, no trespasses. Loved every second of my stay!

We have stayed at TRG for many years but booked a week with Elena as our usual apartment was not available. Lovely Studio, spacious, recently decorated, very clean, lovely bed, fluffy towels, powerful shower, large terrace and very near to pool. We had a minor problem with the AirCon, Elena phoned me immediately and arranged an engineer arriving within 15 minutes who sorted it! Would certainly use this Studio and Elena gain. Well done!

Stayed here the first week of Feb 18, pool area lovely and covert clean. The apartment was great, it had everything you needed from cooking utensils to cleaning. The outside area was kept very clean. The location was fantastic, shops restaurants and bars as soon as you stepped out of the complex and above all the beach. We had a bottle of water & red wine upon arrival, nice touch. We will definitely be revisiting very soon.

Fabulous experience from the ease of booking right through to being picked up at the airport by Marina,and brought straight to the most well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in.Seriously we didn’t want for anything.So close to everything,comfy bed,and also a washing machine.We have had an amazing holiday.Nightlife on your doorstep should you want it,but quiet in the apartment.Ludmila and Marina have thought of everything.Cant wait to return sometime soon.Only downside if you could call it that would be not enough light on the terrace for sitting out in the evenings.

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment very clean, loads of towels, bedding and utensils home from home. Only down side not much sun on the balcony and could do with updating slightly but worth the money we paid.

Great time at Ludmillas apartment.Everything you could want plenty of towels and beach towels extra bedding etc. Marina collected us from airport and showed us around. Very convenient to restaurants and shops.Cant wait to go back.Thanks Ludmilla and Marina

clean tidy room within a great complex near the beach and all the shops. Equipped with washing machine, kettle, hairdryer and iron. Plenty of storage space and beach towels available to use.

Perfect arrangement for renting, correct agreements, We had a perfect holiday, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, very clean pool and lots of sun loungers available, very quiet to sleep and not noisy around the swimming pool, very relaxing, every day they clean around swimming pool and corridors! beautiful weather and not too heat in april, my husband and I loved it, in 2013 and 2015 I stayed also in TRG with my daughter and she came 2 times with her husband! it stays in the family!

Excellent apartment, we had everything we wanted here and more. Fantastic location. Choice of 2 great beaches both under a minutes walk!
 The area outside the complex is very flat and you can walk for miles with no hills. If you want nightlife it really is on your doorstep but if you also want peace and quiet – you get it on TRG. Apartment is surrounded by some great shops and restaurants but almost all are closed by 10 - 11pm and there's quiet at night-time. The apartment is very fresh, well equipped & comfortable: air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of utensils and linen, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, flatscreen TV with a lot of international channels available. The free wifi in reception and poolside. The main areas are kept spotless, rubbish emptied daily around the pool etc. Pool area stunning, with free sunbeds. The balcony was really spacious and had table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Would definitely stay in this great place for a quiet, relaxing holiday again!
