Orama Villa, is a unique brand new 330m² luxury residence and has been specially built to meet the individual requirements of wheelchair users indoor and outdoor. The villa can accommodate 8 people.

It is ideally located in the traditional village of Piskopiano away from hustle and bustle and at the same time enjoys easy access to the nearby popular holiday resorts.

The panoramic views of Ηersonissos harbor, the Cretan sea and the hills of Koutouloufari and Piskopiano Village are some of the images that will stay with you for a long time to come.

The space (wheelchair accessible)

The minimal style luxury-decorated Villa is built on three floors, while an elevator provides you an easy access to all floors. The gym, the sauna, the Jacuzzi, the Wi-Fi access, the Smart TV’s in all rooms, are some of the in-house amenities you may enjoy using.

The villa is entered on the ground floor, which features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, both wheelchair accessible, with individual air conditioning and heating, a Smart TV and comfortable bed linens. The twin beds can be transformed into a double bed with a mattress topper.

The comfortable sitting/dining area consists of a modern corner sofa with coffee table, high quality furniture, fireplace, Smart TV and a dining table with 8 comfortable chairs. The modern fully equipped kitchen features a low kitchen bar with 4 chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring cooker with hub, oven, built in microwave, espresso/filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a juicer.

A stairway or the elevator leads to the first floor, which features the master bedroom with king size bed with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms enjoy individual air conditioning and heating, a Smart TV and comfortable bed linens. The twin beds can be transformed into a double bed with a mattress topper. To make your stay more comfortable there is also a fridge in the hallway to store your cool drinks.

From the ground floor the elevator or the stairway leads to the lower floor of the villa and is a big asset to it. It features a Swedish sauna for 4 persons and a Jacuzzi with hydro massage for 4 persons. Further you can enjoy your fitness schedule in the fully equipped private gym. There is a shower room and WC with a washing machine, while a living room area is waiting for some of you that just want to relax or play a video game on the Smart TV.

Outdoor space (wheelchair accessible)

On the ground floor large windows open to the large terrace, furnished with a large dining table with 8 chairs a comfortable lounge and the BBQ area, overlooking the beautiful secluded garden with the swimming pools and view over the Aegean Sea and the harbor of Hersonissos. The outdoor living couldn’t be more fun and relaxing at the same time. A few steps and a ramp lead to the lawn and the large infinity pool (126m²) & the separate children’s pool with comfortable sun loungers, small coffee tables and umbrellas.

Electronic gates lead you into the property. There is a private parking area for your rented car.

Guests have access to all areas indoor and outdoor and full privacy!

Getting around

The villa is ideally placed for easy travel across the whole island, either by rented car or by bus (from Hersonissos). There is easy access to the national road which makes the location an excellent starting point for further exploration of Eastern Crete as you drive through stunning scenery and towards the Lassithi Plateau, or perhaps drive towards Aghios Nikolaos, enjoy the breath taking views over Mirabello Bay and the famous leper island of Spinalonga. Spinalonga’s history has been documented in several world-class novels, among which the recent best seller ‘The Island’ of the award winning author Victoria Hislop.
