Description

Aeolis Santorini is a small property near Perissa's famous black beach. All five rooms, decorated in white and blue colors, have built-in double beds, while its big beautiful pool invites you to stay "at home" and feel the tranquility of the place.

Santorini, the landmark of Greece is an island of outstanding beauty. White houses, clear skies, deep blue waters and black volcanic rocks give endless inspiration to painters and artists from all over the world. Famous photographers and film directors dream to capture some of its unique charm with their cameras. While breathtaking views and colorful sunsets are only part of a memorable stay in the island, long sandy beaches, interesting archeological sites, excellent food and tasteful wine have also to be discovered.

Aeolis Santorini is located just 200m from the longest black beach, in the east coast of the island. The area offers many activities, from water sports to horse riding. Nearby numerous restaurants and bars ensure the quality in dining and entertainment. All five rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge and flat TVs. Three of them have extra couches for the comfort of families and friends. Aeolis Pool, one of the biggest in the island, adds fun to your summer holidays.

Room#1, decorated in white and light blue colors has a built-in double bed, as well as air conditioning, mini fridge and flat TV. In addition there is a convertible couch to accommodate families and/or friends.

Room#2, decorated in white and blue colors has a built-in double bed, as well as air conditioning, mini fridge and flat TV. It's a little smaller than the other rooms but it's quieter since it's facing the back yard.

Room#3, decorated in white and blue colors, has a low ceiling loft built-in double bed, which makes it ideal for couples. An extra person can easily be accommodated in the convertible couch. The room is equipped with air condition, mini fridge and flat TV.

Room#5, decorated in white and blue colors, has a built-in double bed with separate matresses, which makes it ideal for couples or friends. The room is equipped with air condition, mini fridge and flat TV.

Outdoor activities like trekking, scuba diving, water sports for adults or camp activities for children can be arranged according to your interests. Private swimming lessons and aqua aerobics are provided by professional trainer in the pool, upon request. Massage by professional therapist is also available upon request. Travel services and car rentals can be arranged too, while parking is free next to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi on premises.

Swimming in the pool in only permitted in the day under the supervision of a lifeguard and is prohibited in the night. The host resides in the basement of the building to ensure that assistance is always there, should you need any.

House rules

Normally, when you rent a property as a holiday rental there is no daily cleaning service. In our case, we provide, exceptionally, daily cleaning service free of charge. Due to the size of the pool (one of the biggest in the island), I provide lifeguard service as obliged by law. For your assistance and safety, myself and my assistants are staying at the basement of the property. We are very discreet and we are there for your assistance and safety.

“Excellent property, excellent service, breathtaking views!”

This is an excellent property in one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. Very clean and well-equiped rooms, great decoration, breathtaking views, great hospitality of the owner Nicholas and his assistant Marianna. I traveled with my husband and 2 year old son who loved Aeolis and its huge swimming pool and who looks forward to our next visit this summer! Aeolis is also located just a few meters from the beach of Perissa, and there are mini-markets, tavernas and shops withing walking distance from the property!

AeolisHotel Santorini is located in Perissa in walking distance from the famous beach!It is a small cosy property which made my stay unforgetable.The rooms are very nice comfortable and clean!The most amazing in the hotel is the swimming pool which i believe must be the biggest one in Perissa!!!Nicos (the owner) is a very friendly person who can give you correct information and directions for what you need.The breakfast in the hotel is also very rich,so book with breakfast!i think it is the best hotel in the area,value for money.Definately i'll be back!!!!!!!!

How do damage deposits work?
