Manor House North of Portugal with 7 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Total sleep 14 people. In the most beautiful location , by the village of Pacos de Sousa, 25 km from Oporto , with the river Souza passing by. This wine farm is the perfect place for several families to enjoy a Holliday that will please both parents and children. 110.000 m2 of land with wine yards and large swimming pool.


Larger groups of 20-150 people can be accommodated in annexes with bunk beds ( price to be discussed starting at 10.000 € /week )

LARGE GROUPS 20-150 persons

This property has the capacity beside the luxury accommodation of 14 people in the Manor House , to sleep up to 150 people in bunk beds in surrounding buildings .

This type of accommodation is more modest , but enables large groups at a reasonable price to be together in their own resort with all the advantages the place has. Bathrooms are shared and you sleep 15-30 people in each dormitory.

We have several times had very large groups who enjoyed our Farm . These groups have come back year after year , because we offer excellent conditions.

River passing by allowing bathing ,fishing and canoeing .

Large swimming pool with comfortable cane sofas and sun beds.

Paint ball camp ( additional price of 15 € per per game )

Slide and forest walking 5 meter above the ground ( small extra price for security .people )

Large soccer field on grass

Own discotek with lights and all music equipment available. ( We arrange DJ If needed)

Meeting room for 150-170 people . People seated on wood benches. Large TV for presentation and loudspeakers and microtones available.

110.000 m2 of beautiful landscaped terrain with fruit trees, wine grapes and beautiful surrounding nature .

10 minutes walk to the village " Pacos de Sousa " with banks, restaurants and supermarkets and post office and a train station bringing you to the very city centre of Porto by train in 25 minutes .

Great healthy food made from fresh raw materials made in our industrial kitchen handled by our professional staff .


Groups up to 100 people : 10.000 Euro /week

Groups above 100 people : Euro 10.000 /week + Euro 100/ person /week

( Example group of 150 people pay Euro 15.000 / week )

NOTE :Additional price of 20 € / person / week , if bed linen and towels must be included.

CATERING PRICE : full pension including continental breakfast,lunch and dinner : Euro 175 /person/week.

Only using the very best fresh raw materials at the highest standard. Lunch and dinner always served with delicious fresh salads. Menu can be combined in advance with each group.

ADDITIONAL : At an extra price of 25 Euro/person we serve a delicious Brazilian barbecue dinner including several salads, entrances and free wine .
