This stunning new Villa is perfect for groups of all sizes and overlooks the beautiful bay of Parikia.

You have a 4 bedroom villa and then a separate guest house on the grounds all overlooking a beautiful swimming pool with views of the mountains with a wrap around balcony.

The guest house can sleep up to 2 guests on a cosy double bed and has a kitchenette for use and bathroom meaning you can be separated from the house if you want some alone time.

The Villa itself has a large master bedroom with a king bed surrounded with ample storage and a closing door to an En-Suite and stunning view from the balcony, the second bedroom has a double bed again with plenty of storage for you to use and lovely views over the pool and out over the mountains.

the third bedroom has another double bed and cupboards and lovely french doors that open out onto the balcony and an En-Suite bathroom for your use. The final room within the house is the Traditional room that comes complete with its own lounge and dining table, the sofa turns into a bed if needed and you also have a double bed

in the bedroom.

The Villa has seating for 12 guests at the dining tables either in the Traditional room, the Dining room or even outside making this a perfect place to make your al fresco meals and enjoy them in the Greek sunshine. You have a fully equipped kitchen as well having a Cooker, Fridge, Freezer. Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Kettle, Dishwasher and a Washing Machine as well as pots and pans and kitchenware for all guests.

There is air conditioning all around the villa as well as WiFi meaning you can keep everyone happy.

The garden has a stunning pool as well as a lovely grassed area to be enjoyed as well as private sunloungers so you can perfect that tan. If the private garden is not to your style the local beach, restaurants and bars are only 1km away. We do recommend that you hire a car to explore the beautiful island to its full potential

The property also has private parking for you to use and a local contact if you wish to book any local excursions or trips.

Maid Service is included daily and new Towels and Linen will be supplied every 3 days

A chef can be provided at an additional cost

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
