LA CASA:

Apartamento de 65m, acogedor, sencillo, muy limpio y luminoso. Está equipado al detalle para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en su propia casa.

La casa dispone de:

- Cocina de concepto abierto y totalmente equipada (placas de inducción, microondas, cafetera, tostador, exprimidor...)

- 3 habitaciones, una doble (cama de 150cm) y dos individuales (cama de 105cm).

- Baño completo (toallas, productos de acogida, papel wc, secador de pelo...)

- Salón equipado con libros, juegos de mesa y DVDs.

- 1 Balcón en el que encontrarás todos los productos y utensilios de limpieza (plancha, escoba, aspirador, jabón de lavadora y suavizante...)

Para los que viajan con niños tenemos a su disposición cuna, barra de cama, cambiador, adaptador para el wc, bañera, juguetes, películas, cuentos...

EL BARRIO:

Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, en el límite entre Barañain y Pamplona. Junto a Carrefour, la Biblioteca Pública de Navarra, el conservatorio de música. El aparcamiento es gratuito. Dispone de las comodidades de una ciudad pero con la cercanía de un pueblo.

El apartamento está directamente comunicado con la estación de tren por medio de la línea 7 de autobús urbano y con la estación de autobuses por medio de la línea 4.

El aeropuerto se encuentra a 8 km (unos 15 minutos en coche y no más de 20 euros en taxi).

Además la ubicación de la casa permite que el acceso a las autopistas sea cómodo y rápido, haciendo así más fácil la salida hacia cualquier dirección.

CÓMO MOVERSE:

La casa está muy bien comunicada por diferentes líneas de autobús urbano con el centro de la ciudad tanto de noche como de día.

Y para quien prefiera pasear, a 35 minutos andando del casco viejo de Pamplona.

OTROS ASPECTOS DESTACABLES:

En el apartamento tendrán a su disposición información turística sobre Navarra, Pamplona y Barañain, así como mapas, guías, información sobre el servicio de autobús urbano (villavesas)….

En el precio se incluyen ropa de cama y baño, wifi, calefacción central, productos de acogida (papel de baño, gel, champú..), productos de limpieza, utensilios para bebés, etc...

ATENCIÓN A LOS HUÉSPEDES:

Se atenderá a los huéspedes a su llegada, a su salida y siempre que lo necesiten.

NORMAS DE LA CASA:

• Los ocupantes serán durante su estancia los responsables del apartamento y de su contenido y están en la obligación de cuidarlo con respeto, no provocar daños materiales y no sustraer nada del mismo. En caso de producirse algún desperfecto deberá ser comunicado con antelación a la salida de la casa.

• El apartamento no cuenta con servicio continuo de recepción de huéspedes por lo que es necesario comunicar la hora aproximada de llegada con suficiente antelación. La hora de llegada debe encontrarse entre las 10 y las 22 horas.

• Todos los ocupantes mayores de 16 años deberán firmar un parte de entrada a su llegada al establecimiento y exhibir su DNI o pasaporte.

• Los ocupantes deberán abandonar la casa el día acordado y en el estado en que la encontraron, dejándola libre de efectos y enseres y permaneciendo en perfecto estado los servicios de que dispone. Los propietarios comprobarán el estado del apartamento el día de la salida de los huéspedes.

• La presencia de animales de compañía en el apartamento debe ser expresamente autorizada por los propietarios.

Queda estrictamente prohibido:

• Hacer obras o introducir modificación alguna en la vivienda (en ningún caso se podrán hacer agujeros en las paredes).

• Realizar copia alguna de las llaves de la vivienda.

• Realizar en la vivienda actividades molestas, insalubres, nocivas, peligrosas, ilícitas o contrarias a los Estatutos de la Comunidad.

• Almacenar materias inflamables, explosivas o corrosivas en la vivienda y/o desarrollar en la misma actividades mercantiles o de industria.

• El subarriendo ya sea total o parcial, así como la cesión de la vivienda arrendada.

• Sobrepasar el número máximo de ocupantes (4 personas).

• Fumar dentro de la vivienda excepto en la zona habilitada para ello.

En el momento de su llegada es conveniente revisar la casa (se les proporcionará un inventario) y comunicar las deficiencias observadas a la mayor brevedad posible para que estas puedan ser subsanadas.

Had a great stay. The house was fully equipped. Very neat and tidy. Location is perfect for excursions on bike in the surrounding countryside. Good local bike shop in the same street.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gorane (the owner) a message.

If Gorane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
