Nestled on the south coast of the island of Crete, Krystallon Villas, is a new and unique hospitality venue, consisted of 2 separate Villas, Krystallon East and Krystallon West, located on the hill of Panorama, the new settlement of Paleochora, a picturesque yet cosmopolitan village, at the south-western end of the prefecture of Chania, also known as the “Nymph” of the Libyan Sea. Krystallon Villas can be also rented together by large families or groups! Each villa offers amphitheatrical and unobstructed views of the Libyan Sea, Paleochora, and the mountains and they are just 1,2 km away from the lively centre of Paleochora, with its numerous tavernas, cafes and bars, which you can easily reach on foot or by bike. The nearest beach, that of Pachia Ammos, is only 1,3 km away.

Layout

The 140m2 Krystallon West spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The minimal design, simple lines, wooden furniture (several pieces of which are handmade creations of the owners), carefully selected details, ceilings of exposed concrete and earthy coloured palette of this contemporary dwelling add a touch of elegance one would expect of a modern holiday home.

Indoors

Ground Floor

Entering on the ground floor of Villa Krystallon West you are welcomed by a bright open plan space, featuring the living room and kitchen. The living area enjoys large openings directly to the pool terrace thanks to its large sliding doors, and offers wonderful sea views, as well as a comfy corner sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by beautifully crafted wooden furniture and an indoor dining area with a counter and bench, allowing you to prepare your homemade meals at ease and make the most out of your self-catered holiday. The ground floor can also be used for guests with mobility restrictions, as it features a ramp and a stair lift. There is also a specially designed bathroom on this level, as well as a bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a 1,60 x 2,00 bed and a private balcony enjoying the views of the characteristical surrounding landscape. A laundry room with washing machine and iron facilities can also be found on this level.

First Floor

Ascending the internal staircase, guests will find the remaining 3 bedrooms of Villa Krystallon West on the first floor. More specifically:

- A master bedroom with 1,70 x 2,00 bed, private balcony equipped with a seating area, ideal to sit and take in the stunning sea views and en-suite bathroom with natural stone washbasin and shower cabin. The master bedroom also boasts a cosy attic with a fold-out sofa bed and a beautiful window overlooking the pool and look out to the sea.

- A bedroom with a 1,80 x 2,00 bed (that can also be set up as two single beds upon request) and a private balcony equipped with a seating area, also offering superb sea vistas.

- A bedroom with a 1,60 x 2,00 bed and a private balcony enjoying awe inspiring mountain views.

- A family bathroom shared between the two bedrooms featuring a shower cabin.

All bedrooms boast quality COCOMAT mattresses, 32’’ smart TVs, open closets and individually controlled A/C. All linens, bathrobes and towels provided are also by COCOMAT. Nothing says total relaxation like a good night’s sleep and some well deserved rest!

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Krystallon West enjoys amazing sea views, covers 490 m2 and offers the following facilities:

- A private, 33 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep with ladder access. The pool area is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 chaise longues, bean bag chairs and a poolside shower for your comfort. Take a refreshing dip any time of the day or just relax and catch up on your favourite book!

- Οutdoor dining area for 6 guests, giving you ample opportunity to try al fresco diing.

- Free public parking space is available right outside the Villa.

- The Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.
