Our residence is located in Ortigia island, the old town of Siracusa and world heritage site, in historical building of the 800’, recently restored and returned to all its original splendor. The location is impressive: a few steps from the sea and Aretusa Spring , half way between the Cathedral and Maniace Castle.

Miramare is a large and elegant loft apartment located on the third floor, with two bathrooms(with two shower unit) and private terrace.
It's called "Miramare" because from its terrace you can enjoy views of blue sea and beautiful sunsets.

The apartment consists of living area, sleeping area and terrace.

The living area has two rooms: a large sitting room with sofa - bed en suite and a bright dining room with a typical Mediterranean fitted kitchenette, provided with another sofa-bed. From it, on the same level, you enter the terrace.can be used as a sun terrace and it has delicious armchairs, table and sunshade.
From here you can also enjoy a drink, having lunch or enjoy a romantic dinner. It allows you to enjoy the pleasant evening breeze. It’s adorned with typical local plants.
From the living-room, a typical wooden staircase leads to the bedroom en suite.
It can accommodate up to 5/6 people.

The apartment has satellite TV, air conditioning / heat pumps, dryer and microwave, free internet access and also on the second floor of the building, is available to our guests a convenient laundry with washing machine and dryer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luca (the owner) a message.

If Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
