Home local 3. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room, with a dining table. Open kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Deck chairs (2) seat. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains, the Valley and countryside. Facilities: children's highchair, Cot for up to 3 years (extra). Please note: non-smoking House. 1 small pet/dog. The kitchen and gas boiler. The lighting is done with solar panel and generator.

The structure Calzanigo 40 km from Malvaglia: rustic ' Vista ', ' 1 Flatters 603 m s.l.m., at 18. century, restored in 2015, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. Under Dötra, in the village Calzanigo, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill. Private: grounds 300 m2, lawn. In the House: store for bicycles. 4 km access road close to the House. Parking (for 2 cars) in the grounds. Grocers 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Important nearby lakes: Lake Luzzone. Hiking trails: Blenio Valley. Please note: car essential. Suitable for families. Animals around. , Note: power is supplied by a solar panel. Stove and refrigerator are gas-operated. About 250W appliances cannot be used. Ideal holiday home for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility and good for families with children. Important note: In case of bad weather cannot be driven up to the rustic and the car must be parked 1 km, approximately 15 minutes walk!!!

Gondola that departs from Malvaglia towards mount Dragon (1413 m)-from there, sunny terrace with splendid view over the ski region in winter. Lottigna is the main city and is located at the foot of the mountains ' mystical top of Simano ' where the Romans already used sources. Leontica chairlift to Nara (2123 m)-the ski area in winter. Restaurant and shop in Dangio-Torre, Acquarossa, Olivone and Ponte Valentino. Cinema in Acquarossa. Summer camp.
