A stylish apartment located right on the Port, you are only a short stroll from the famous Old Town, minutes from the beaches, cafes and restaurants.

There is a tram stop at the top of the Port which has a direct line to and from Nice airport. The journey takes approx 20 minutes. The apartment is a two minute walk from the top of the Port.

There are two double bedrooms, a large living area with a double sofa bed, three full length windows and balcony. There is a spacious bathroom with another balcony. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests.

PLEASE NOTE: The property has no lift and is on the fourth floor (80 stairs), so would not be suitable for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. However the views are well worth the climb.

A perfect place to have fun or relax. Perfectly positioned - in the morning the front of the apartment is in shade, which is ideal for breakfast - from early afternoon it is in full sunshine. In the evening you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set behind the Chateau hill.

Minimum stay is 4 nights. Please note that there will be a surcharge for late arrivals. 20 euros charge for arrivals after 20.00 hours and 40 euros charge for arrivals after 22.00 hours.

Although the property can sleep a maximum of six people in two double beds and a double sofa bed it can accommodate three friends who want separate sleeping areas.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF ADULTS TO FOUR due to wear and tear on the property.

Local Area: The port is a busy and sometimes a noisy neighbourhood with boats and ferries coming and going throughout the day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David & Claudia (the owner) a message.

If David & Claudia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
