Modern comfortable two bedroom apartment within a quiet part of Negombo. Ideal for the visitor who likes to explore the bustling tourist city of Negombo, enjoy the sun, sand, swimming, and shopping, dine at street cafes or 5-star tourist hotels during the day and retreat to somewhere quiet for a restful night and some home comforts. Offered on a self-catering basis, with B&B and HB as optional extras.

Conveniently located just 5 miles (15 minutes) north of the International Airport and only 5 min away from Negombo city centre, it provides a haven for you to rest on your arrival, before commencing your tour of the island, and an ideal place to rest and recover at the end of your visit before travelling home.

This newly-built property is located within a in a beautiful gated garden with ample parking and a large carport for sun protection.

The upstairs apartment is light and airy, built to western standards of safety and comfort.

As guests you will have exclusive use of the upstairs apartment consisting of:

Your hosts, Inoka and Merrill will welcome you and do everything possible to ensure your stay with them is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They live downstairs and give their guests space to relax. They are available when needed Inoka is an accomplished cook whose home-made Sri Lankan dishes are well worth trying. She will be happy to provide you with dinner or breakfast by prior arrangement for an additional charge. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mervyn (the owner) a message.

If Mervyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
