Bandaranaike International Airport (Colombo Airport) is approx 8 miles away.

Airport Transfers, Tours for the guests who wish to visit Sri Lanka and other transportation can be arranged.

The bustling town of Negombo is only 2.5 miles away featuring lots of places to shop and eat.

Only 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes TukTuk ride (local transport only around 0.50p) to the popular golden sandy Negambo beach and the tourist area where you can find several famous 5 star hotels, Many local and international restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and nightlife.

Enjoy the golden sandy beach and watch the sunset. The area comes to life at night.

Villa has been recently refurbished including an outdoor swimming pool, poolside shaded seating area and free WiFi throughout the property. This property also provides guests with a poolside barbecue.

4 rooms come with an en-suite bathroom with shower and also have a separate bathroom with bath and hot water.

All guest rooms come with air conditioning inclusive.

Room 4 does not have an attached bathroom but has a private balcony.

Excellent accommodation with air conditioning and a pool. Really enjoyed our stay in Negombo and its beach. A good base not too far from the airport and enjoyed our tours of the island. Superb Xmas ba… More

Why can't I call Sam (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sam (the owner) a message.

If Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
