Maisonette plus studio for rent in Angidia village (Naxos Island - Cyclades -Greece) 3-floors, it can accomodate up to 6/7 persons.

Beautiful SEA VIEW house built in Cycladic "white - blue" style, situated in Angidia, a tiny old village, just 3 kilometers from the center of Naxos town (called "Chora").

A perfect place for short/long-term vacation for anybody who wants to live in a little village, but being very close to Naxos town and to the beaches all year around!

This building, distributed on 2 floors for a total surface of 80 sqm, may host 4/5 people.

It features:

- a lovely garden in the front of the house with an olive tree, plants, flowers

- a cosy tiny courtyard at the back of the house with a bouganville

- 2 covered terraces in front of the house with lovely sea views

- a big roof terrace with breathtaking 280° panoramic views over the sea, landscape, Chora and Paros island!

1° LEVEL

The first floor is reachable by a nice stone external staircase, surrounded by grapes and roses. The main entrance of the house has a terrace in the front. At this level of the house there is a cosy living room with fireplace, built-in comfortable sofa, a dining table, book shelves, built-in marble shelves.

There is also a toilet on the same floor.

Furthermore, a big open kitchen, with built-in cupboards, all electrical appliances and an exit to a lovely back courtyard, where you may enjoy the peace of this village under a colourful bouganville. Here you have table and chairs to enjoy your meals or drinks outdoor. The nearby narrow lane is not open to traffic

2° LEVEL

A pure-white marble stair leads to the second floor, where there is an open space you can use as a second bedroom/study room/lounge, featuring a fireplace, a double bed cot, writing table, built-in marble shelves, built-in wooden cupboards, air conditioner. A French window open on the covered terrace with an external tiny staircase leading up to the big roof-top.

At this level you find the main bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom with built-in wooden cupboard and a ceiling fan.

This house has electrical heating system in all rooms, new double-glasses windows and doors, solid wooden shutters and a storage place with a washing machine and garden tools.

This maisonette has its own private parking place in the front of the house. The garden has an automatic watering system.

STUDIO - Situated on the ground floor of the maisonnette above, it is

an independent full furnished studio apartment, with kitchenette, bathroom, a little living room with good space for a sleeping couch with 2 beds.

Comfortable double-bed sofa, brand new electric cookers with oven, brand new fridge, built-in table, chairs, wardrobe, cupboard, 2 fans (a ceiling one plus a standing one).

In the external storage place for garden tools, you can find the brand new washing machine that you may share with the maisonnette guests above, if present.

This studio has its own entrance, a nice terrace with traditional round metal table and chairs, and fantastic view to the sea. Ideal solution for a couple of guests or for 2 teenagers in the family.

Interaction with guest

Since we are not living in Naxos, the house/guests management is left to our house-keeper while we communicate with guests via mail/phone. Therefore it is very important that, may an issue arise on the spot, guests should contact the house-keeper as well us as proprietors. This during their stay NOT after: once the check-out is done, there is nothing left but complain. On arrival guests are recommended not to move out the place dating fixed with the house-keeper. Should they have to go round doing anything else, please let’s inform our house-keeper by phone.Final cleaning is compulsory, it is charged € 30 for the studio and € 50 for the maisonette.
