Boutique Style Sea View Bungalow freshly renovated with sea views from every bedroom. I refurbished the property Jan 2020, so we have a new bathroom, furniture, (apart from vintage pieces) bedding, appliances and a spacious private deck to relax on. I am constantly upgrading my property and it gets redecorated annually.

Voted best place to live in Wales in 2018, the Hamptons of Wales by the The Independent newspaper in 2022. I am close to Oystermouth castle, fabulous cycle/walking routes, surfing, fishing, golf, the best beaches in Wales and the bungalow itself has great views from the french windows. There is a restaurant and cafe within a 10 minute walk, Limeslade beach within 8 mins. The town, only 1.6 miles away by car or 0.8 miles walk, has restaurants, cafes and shops for every palate.

My boutique style self catering bungalow where everything is modern, offers you gorgeous sea and mountain views, a sunny ( weather permitting) private deck take in the scenery and relax, off road parking and a bespoke interior design with quirky pieces

We provide an iron, washing machine, air dryer, microwave, cooker and fully furnished kitchen. This a fully equipped home with wifi, a 50" widescreen Smart TV, Netflix, Freeview, DVD player, MP3 Speakers, Air Conditioning/dehumidifier Unit, Portable fans, Instantaneous heating, radiators, picnic equipment and beach towels, We have smoke detectors in both bedrooms and a heat detector in the kitchen all hard wired in. I have a first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher. The house has been completely rewired and has a full domestic safety certificate.

I am 0.8 miles from the Mumble centre but you will need to be reasonably fit to do that walk as it isn't flat or 1.5 miles by car

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alison (the owner) a message.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
