From the owner

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views of the sea and the marina of Morro Jable. Located in a quiet residential area, but close to the beach, town and all services. The beach is a 10 minute walk, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. From either of the two terraces you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The apartment is located in the village of Morro Jable, in the south of Fuerteventura, in a quiet way to the marina. The house has two floors, the lower is the kitchen, a toilet, and living room as well as a wide and wonderful garden terrace where you can enjoy views of the sea and the marina. On the terrace you can enjoy all year round the wonderful climate of the island, whether sunbathing on the loungers in the garden, or dine on the outdoor table. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas and satellite TV with international channels connection as well as the usual channels of TDT Spanish. Should you prefer is also possible to eat at the table is inside the room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and microwave and everything needed for cooking. On the ground floor there is also a room with washing machine to wash and hang clothes. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with shower. The small bedroom has two comfortable single beds and wardrobe. The large bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a small ideal for use with laptop or checking e table. The room has air conditioning for hot days. This bedroom gives access to another very nice terrace with fantastic sea views, which is equipped with a table and two chairs, and is ideal to enjoy a drink while watching the sun be on the horizon. The apartment is very bright and equipped and tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Ask us in this regard with their arrival and departure planned. The house is rented to smokers, but smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the garden. Sorry, but no pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
