Two bedroom modern apartment recently refurbished to a high standard. Spacious, comtemporary open plan living area with oak flooring, sea views, dining area that seats 6 leading to patio doors onto a small balcony. Large double bedroom, single bedroom, double sofa bed and shower room. All kitchen appliances are integral. Please note this is a non smoking apartment.
Wifi is available, however this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers.

“Another Great Stay at the Princes Apt.”
We have stayed in the Princes Apt. multiple times over the last few years. It is the only place we consider staying in the Morecambe area, always super clean and has everything you could need. We were fortunate to have great weather during our recent visit so we were able to enjoy the outside seating on the deck..a great sunny spot...the promenade is 2minutes away for a great walk with great views across the bay. The owners are great to work with and always responsive to your needs... Thanks Again...J & J Michigan USA

“Great flat with everything you need for your stay. Left very clean.”
We like the local pub near by very child friendly. Also enjoyed taking the kids to swim at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre and Jump Trampoline place. The Park nearby was perfect for children.

“Excellent aparment, Excellent facilities and in a great location.”
Stayed for a few days in August. Unlucky with the weather considering the summer we've had. The apartment however made up for that, furnished and fitted to a high standard with all the facilities required. Located in a decent area above a range of small quiet shops and close to the sea front. The promenade is fantastic for walks to Morecambe and beyond. Recommended is the 'Bow Window' café at the end of the street, not the cheapest, but the food and service we thought was very good. All in all much praise to Denise for a fantastic apartment. We would certainly book again when holidaying in this area.

“Great Place to Stay.... Has Everything and Close to Everything”
I have stayed here before I think this is my 3rd time, it is a great place to stay or use as a base for just visiting family or taking days out. With easy acces via the new road it makes the trip from Manchester airport or points North very easy.. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for short or long stay...plus the owners are very helpful and great to deal with... Thanks Again John

Lovely, warm, spacious and comfortable flat. This was my second time staying here and will definitely look to book with Debbie again when I'm next in Morecambe.

“Couldn't have chosen anywhere better.”
Excellent accommodation. Clean, comfortable and everything that we could possibly need all provided. Location perfect for us to attend a wedding and reception nearby, and it was good to have a base for other family members to come round for coffee without going to a 'venue'. Local shops and pub serving decent meals all close by and private off road parking are added bonuses. Just be sure to get the right gates!

“Super Flat in Great Location”
Had a wonderful stay at this flat. The facilities and decor are first class. The little balcony at the back is a nice feature too. The location is very good, being not too far from the town centre and near a great park. A very good spot if you have small children.

“Well set up appartment with all mod cons, close to the promenade”
We stayed at this property at the height of the heat wave. Whilst the upstairs bedroom (probably unusually) was quite hot, the rest of the flat was very pleasant. Whilst the balcony area did not have a wonderful view, it was not overlooked and was a pleasant place to sit on a warm evening. We rented the flat as a couple with my husbands elderly mother. Once up the initial stairs, everything was on one level for her. We loved the idea of the through lounge, cooking area and dining room/balcony. The owners were very helpful and welcoming.The flat is actually in Bare away from the centre of Morecambe, and there is a pleasant row of local shops nearby which we frequented for the butcher, baker and newsagent. Parking at the front was useful for unloading and the allocated parking for overnight was not too difficult to access. We will definately return, sadly I don't think the weather will ever be as good on a future visit as on this occasion, however I look forward to the flat being just as good.
