A few steps from the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, only 1 Km from the center, Villa Vittoria sits surrounded by orchards and cultivated fields in a strategic position from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of Val di Chiana. This beautiful villa is immersed in the stunning Tuscan countryside of Cortona and it is the ideal destination for whose seeking a holiday in the spirit of nature , far from the hectic pace of everyday life, but with all the comforts of modern life. The Villa is entirely surrounded by a large and lush garden that with the pool, perfectly equipped with sun beds and umbrellas to offer relax and comfort to its guests and fully exposed to the sun throughout the day, it gives you also the possibility for enjoyable walks among the flourishing landscape with gardens and trails immersed in the colours and scents of the Tuscan countryside.

The structure is composed of a main building and two annexes that, after a recent restoration made by the owners to adapt the structure to the needs of its guests, have maintained the classic rustic Tuscan style with some aristocratic details that made it extremely fascinating and charming.

Villa Vittoria puts at your disposal all indoor and outdoor areas of the estate that can accommodate up to 12 people.

Outside you can find tables, chairs and umbrellas to enjoy your al fresco dining.

The Villa and the annexes are fully independent and they have their private access to allow to the guests to maintain their own privacy.

Both the villa and the annex had been furnished personally by the owners who wanted to offer the best comfort as they could to their guests, using prestigious finishes in order to create luxurious and elegant interiors. The Villa offers also a convenient car parking and a laundry room outside.

Villa Vittoria has been personally restored by the owners who have put all their passion to offer the best comfort to their guests in a unique place, where old and modern come together to give life to a house rich in beauty.

The main building develops on two levels connected through a beautiful indoor wooden staircase. On the ground floor you can access the large cosy living room that is well connected to the kitchen, fully equipped, and to the scullery. From the dining room you can also access the outside where the terrace has been set up with a table for your al fresco dining and from which you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view.

A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.

Through the wooden staircase you access the first floor with the sleeping area composed of three spacious double bedrooms characterized by large windows with a view on the garden and valley.

The sleeping area has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. A few meters from the villa there is a lovely annex, originally used as cellar to store the finest local wines, whose typical terracotta ceilings and floors together with the attention to detail give it a charming and comfortable atmosphere.

The annex develops on the ground floor only consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with table and a comfortable double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.

The second annex has a double room and a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining area.
