Independent villa for rent in Tuscany, built in the second half of the 18th century situated in the center of a property of over 18 acres of woods and olive groves on the green hills lining the valley called Valdinievole just a short distance from Montecatini and Monsummano Terme. The owners have carried out a rigorous and accurate renovation using only materials (such as stone) from the surrounding area and period while ensuring a structure which respects the norms of bio-architecture. Spectacular 360° views from the garden over the surrounding hills. Very peaceful position: the road in front of the house is used by only a few residents. At guests’ disposal private swimming pool (16x8)(open 17 April - 9 October 2024 and 19 April - 11 October 2025) with spill-over edge, counter-current swimming, hydromassage area for 8 people, changing room, WC and shower, situated on a natural terrace a few meters below the level of the villa equipped with tables, chaise-longues and chairs. Furniture with antique ornaments, paintings, period doors and prints, Persian carpets. On the other hand, the house has every possible modern comfort. Complimentary for weekly stays: welcome baskets (spaghetti pasta, tomatoes pasta sauce, salad, bread and parmisan cheese with Chianti wine, coffee, milk, tea, sugar, butter, toasted bread, croissants, marmalade, cereals, fruit juice), basic cooking ingredients (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar), 2 hours cleaning/once a week (Wednesday). Service to be requested at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot: maid service, cooking at the villa, extra linen change, hire car with driver, driver with guest's car, baby-sitter, shopping delivered, hair dresser, beautician or masseuse at home, bodyguard. On request possibility of catering for up to 50/60 guests with or without entertainment (specialized in Tuscan and Italian cooking), guided visits to museums or art cities, painting courses (on canvas or porcelain), courses in Italian cooking (especially Tuscan), private dinners and wine tastings. Independent heating and air-conditioning in all the rooms, courtesy set in each bathroom. Baby bed, high chair, 3 mountain bikes, some basic household hygiene products and safes are at guest's disposal. The house is equipped with an alarm system, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency kits. Internet connection. Parking inside the garden and is for up to 5 cars.

VILLA RONCOVISI is situated in the same the property (approx. 30 m away), but in an entirely independent position. The 2 villas can be rented together for a total of 21-29 sleeping spaces

Laundry room (washing machine, 2 irons and ironing tables). 1st Fl.: 1 double bedroom with two windows and 1 bathroom with a Turkish bath with Jacuzzi shower, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with multifunctional Jacuzzi tub and shower with chromo and ozono therapy. This bedroom shares the bathroom with a twin bedded room. All windows have mosquito screens. All beds have patented Waterlily matteresses to ensure maximum comfort. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. The lighting of each bedroom is equipped with an automatic bio-switch for disconnecting the electricity, eliminating the electric tension when all the lights are off, thus permitting freedom from magnetic fields when you are asleep.

How do damage deposits work?
