Wonderful detached villa with two floors only 5 minutes walk from the beach of El Palmeral, less than 1 kms from the shopping center and medical center. It has a lovely pool with garden and terraces. The villa is luxurious and built to a high standard, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 doubles, 4 bathrooms, two floors and several terraces. The living room is spacious 40 meters, large kitchen and fully equipped. It has four bathrooms. Special families and groups. Beach about 200 meters away, with mountain views, spacious and fully equipped. Large living room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms, two of them with bathroom en suite. In total three bathrooms and a toilet. Floating flooring. Large outdoor area on the ground floor, with pool and barbecue area. Front and rear porch. On the top floor, 4 terraces and a solarium. 1 km from the shopping center and medical center. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Internet connection and access to Netflix included. Quiet zone.       Estimado cliente, no entiendo muy bien su crítica, en la descripción que no hay aíre acondicionado y por supuesto que hay agua caliente, le recuerdo que ustedes estuvieron el primer finde de septiembre y ese sábado se estropeó la caldera y siendo finde, no hay reparadores hasta el lunes, y lo intente recompensar con un día más de estancia gratis, y le recuerdo que yo estaba de vacaciones, aunque jamás he entrado en casa sin el permiso de los huéspedes en esa ocasión menos. Gracias
