LOCATION: Parque Residencial is an urbanisation in sea frontline position beside the Parque Comercial Mojacar and access to this apartment is via calle Arenal. The nearest beach ( Playa de Piedra Villazar) is less than 100 metres away and within very easy walking distance you will find big supermakerts, all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION: The complex has only two levels, ground floor and top floor. Parque Residencial Cha is on the top floor and you access the apartment via external staircase.

There is an entrance hall and to the left you will find the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and built in wardrobe, the corridor will lead you first to the right is the door leading into the fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry area. To the left of the lounge you will find the other 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and built in wardrobes and 2 full family bathrooms.

Glass doors in lounge open out into the terrace equipped with dining table and chairs and an awning.

Centralised air conditioning. Lovely community pool and gardens. Allocated garage space.

SWIMMING POOL SEASON: From 15th of June to 15th of September
