This brand new villa is encircled by the gracious nature, with view to the endless horizon and is situated in one of the most quite areas of Santorini.

The villa is situated only 5 minutes’ drive from the capital of Santorini, Fira, and only 2 minutes’ drive from Santorini’s airport which makes the access to the Villa really comfortable.

Efficiently designed and thoroughly equipped, an ideal house for unforgettable holidays. Featuring 3 exquisitely appointed bedrooms with a private infinity pool and charmingly designed lounging.

Guests have access to the entire Villa.

A transfer to/from the airport or port can be arranged with an extra charge. Guests will be met at the Villa to proceed with the check in. The Villa manager is on call 24-7 for whatever you might need.

The village of Mesaria is very close to the capital city of Fira (3 km), at a distance of 0.9 km from the beautiful and famous Caldera, 2 km from the airport, 2.5 km from the nearest beach and 3.5 km from the beach of Kamari.

The traditional settlement of Mesaria is one of the oldest in Santorini and perhaps the only one who remains traditional. It is only 3 km from the capital Fira. There are many beaches near, the most famous beach of Santorini, Kamari, is located at the distance of 3.5 km from the village of Mesaria.

Public buses are within walking distance from the property. You can also use the taxis that are available in the island. Another option, especially if you want to move freely around the island is to rent a car or a bike or and Atv.

The villa features an entrance with living areas and a fully equipped high technology kitchen well positioned for either indoor or outdoor entertaining. +On arrival to the villa it was a wow, private parking behind electric gates only 5 mins from the airport. Inside it was very clean & tidy the host showed us around, outside looked great as it was late we couldn't see much but the pool looked great. Its only at the most 20 mins from either end of the island, which was very convenient.Lots of room outside and seating. I did tell the owner that we only needed the maids once. - Having been to lots of villas over the last 15 years this was the first time i have had to order and pay for a welcome pack on arrival, 99.9% of the time they are included in with the price,which was not cheap. The kitchen was not very well stocked with equipment or pans. Outside we noticed that there was no shower which you normally use before using the pool to get rid of sun cream. Also i think the villa was built before the road was opened up as it can be a bit loud at times. As we did ask that the cleaners only to come once we were surprised to see them a couple of times, if they did need to come with the gardener to help they seemed to take a long time up to 3 hours so couldn't relax while they were there. Also on the photos there is a hammock which was not there, also an outside light near the door would be helpful when coming home late.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Spyros (the owner) a message.

If Spyros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
