A very well equipped south facing superb gite with own patio, BBQ and terrrace. The Gite has been granted the highest rating for its size by the Meubles de Tourisme - Trois étoiles.

Delightful area right alongside the Canal du Midi and a short drive to the medieval cite of Carcassonne. Ideal location for visiting the region and only 45 minutes from the sea.

Surrounded by vineyards on the edge of a village which has a Boulangerie for the fresh croissants and pain au chocolate.

Secure off road parking. Well equipped gite offering accommodation in a double and twin bedroom on the 1st floor. We can provide a cot if you need it.

The cottage has it's own patio with table and chairs for outside dining next to a spacious BBQ area. There is also a ping pong table for use by the guests in this gite.Sun loungers are provided.

The large heated swimming pool (between May & October) offers 10m x 5 metres (approx. 33ft x 16ft) with Roman Steps for easy access and sitting on the steps with your feet in the water to keep cool. There is a 14 x 2 metre tiled & wooden surround with ample space for sunbathing. Sun loungers are provided. The pool is in a raised area of the garden offering fantastic views over towards the hills in the distance of the Minervois region. Pool is set in approx 2 acres of garden. Private off road parking provided.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Ann-Marie and Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
