The apartment, newly built (June 2013) and the modern, well-maintained interiors, is located in a residential area of ​​Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and downtown. The apartment of 60 square meters is located in a modern building, it has a large and bright living room-kitchen with TV LED 32 '' and sofa, with large windows that overlook a furnished veranda, perfect for enjoying meals or relax in peace. The kitchen is complete with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, plus a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning hot / cold in the living room and two bedrooms. We recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area, away from the busy city, but close to downtown and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa. And 'ideal for a beach holiday with family or friends to enjoy a relaxing stay in a refined residential area and with the comforts of a super-equipped apartment. Opposite the entrance of the building there is ample public parking.

For golf enthusiasts, about 15 km away lies the Donnafugata Golf Resort with two 18-hole courses.

It is not possible to stay strangers not declared and registered on arrival. Please avoid crowds and noise both inside the apartment, both in public and in areas outside parties, especially between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00 the following morning, between 13.30 and 17.00 hours. Do not move the furniture inside the apartment. Keep shared areas clean. On departure, leave the apartment clean and tidy and take out the rubbish.

“Appartamenti Sud Est - a showroom stay!”

The apartment was an Ikea showroom and spotless. The kitchen had everything you would need to host an elaborate dinner party. The pillows and mattress could have been softer but that could be down to personal taste. Great shower. Very close to the beach and everything within walking distance. Our host Alexandro was there to greet us on arrival and had cold beer in the fridge to welcome us to Marina di Ragusa - a lovely touch. With excellent English, She gave us all the information we needed to get us started on our holiday. In general, I would recommend an English/Italian phrase book to make ordering food easier as english is not a 2nd language in Sicily. Lovely weather, lovely stay.
