PRIVATE SALT WATER POOL - Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on ground-floor level with free Wi-Fi and UK TV channels. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating throughout. There is a master en suite bedroom with a comfortable double bed and space for a travel cot if required, fitted wardrobes and a security safe; a twin room with fitted wardrobes situated next to the guest shower room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Both carbon monoxide and smoke alarms have been fitted for your safety. A fire blanket is kept on top of the fridge. The light and airy lounge/dining room is attractively furnished with high ceilings helping to keep you cool in the summer months.

There are patio doors opening out onto the covered al fresco dining area leading to the private pool and terrace. There is a lovely six seater rattan dining suite and matching comfortable garden sofa and chairs. Four sun loungers are available for you to use. A purpose built BBQ has also been provided for your enjoyment.

The villa is in a perfect location, being surrounded by one of the best 18 hole golf courses in the region, set in 370 acres. The Resort is clean, well organised and meticulously maintained. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the main centre and hotel, where there is a communal pool with a separate child's pool. The 5* Intercontinental Hotel's facilities include a large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, award winning Spa, gym and Golf Pro Shop.

The driving range and putting green is very close by. There are a variety of Bars and Restaurants including the Clubhouse bar and restaurant, Irish Bar, Italian and Sushi restaurants.

The villa is only a short five minute walk from El Boulevard, which offers a bank, restaurants, and bars. There are padel tennis courts with bar and gym and kiddies play area a short stroll away. Dotted around the resort are seating areas, ornamental fountains and also more kiddies play areas.

Cyclists and joggers enjoy the chance to exercise in the secure surroundings, the resort is a gated community with 24 hours security.

Why can't I call Kathy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kathy (the owner) a message.

If Kathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
