Welcome to our luxury appointed home, now with lovely 7 x 4m pool.

Its' a 2 bed, 2 bathroom Golf Townhouse, with great views over the 6th fairway, frontline golf views. Within the gated grounds of Mar Menor Golf Resort. The resort has a great 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, with its own driving range, buggy hire, a great pro shop, and Spike Bar.

The resort has plenty to offer with many bars and restaurants, 5* Intercontinental Hotel and Spa, onsite supermarket, bank atm, tennis, paddle, gym, communal pools, kids club. Alongside the resort is El Boulevard with a further range of Restaurants and Bars.

The property is light and airy with open plan design over 2 floors, furnished to a high standard, air-conditioned throughout, centrally heated for the cooler months, with flat screen LED TV with English channels, own Wi-Fi, DVD player, ipod docking station, and safe.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including iron, toaster and most importantly .. a dishwasher, recently fitted fan oven and induction hob.

This is a great place for families and golfers alike, we have a variety of the latest DVDs, toys inc paddle rackets a game for all the family. We also have an outside ping pong table.

There are two furnished terraces, front and rear allowing you to follow the sun all day. The rear terrace has a fab view over the 7th fairway, watch the golfers get frustrated for hours on end. We have a private fenced patio for the kids to play in and to dine alfresco.

The nearest blue flag beaches just 10min drive away at Los Alcazares, where you can find the child friendly Mar Menor Lagoon.

*There is an additional charge, for your end of stay clean of €80 which we ask to leave in the kitchen on your departure for Lee and Lisa*

We ask you to check in after 4pm and to checkout before 10am as this allows a thorough clean ready for the next guests especially if it is a same day turn around, I am sure that is understandable, thanks.

The only thing we ask you to do is water our plants if you don't mind.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
