Chalet Manoe is an OVO Network property. With accommodation set over four floors, Chalet Manoe sleeps up to 12 (maximum 8 adults) in three double bedrooms and a fabulous children's room, with two sets of built-in bunk beds.

Tucked away at the end of the beautiful Manigod valley in Comburce, Chalet Manoe promises complete seclusion, whatever time of year you choose to visit.

This south-facing 4-star chalet has a sunny garden and terrace with a pool (mid-may to mid-september), jacuzzi and funky "bubble" sauna, and in the summer, it's a great base for walkers and bikers who want to explore the mountains.

The traditional look of this lovely chalet hides a sleek and stylish interior that is the perfect base for a carefree mountain holiday.

The main living area is on the second floor, where you'll find a large open plan area with a sleek kitchen, dining area and comfy leather sofas around a large open fire. Underfloor heating means you will always come back to a cosy house. There's another living room on the mezzanine under the eaves, with a flat screen television, which is a great place for younger guests to do their own thing.

Either side of the fireplace are patio doors which open on to the balcony - it's the perfect place to enjoy the fabulous views in the summer. In the winter, retreat to the cosy living area and enjoy a drink with friends.

If required, and requested in advance, we can leave a 4x4 vehicle for you to use for accessing the chalet. The vehicle will be left in the underground parking by the Primary School in the centre of Manigod village. The vehicle is only insured for the journey between Manigod village and the chalet, it is an automatic and a right hand drive. Please bear in mind that if the roads are snowy, it will be impossible for you to access the chalet without a 4x4 vehicle equipped with snow tyres and / or snow chains. The pool is available from mid-May to mid-September.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
