From the owner

The accommodation at Aphrodite Sands Resort is both spacious and elegant with fully equipped custom Italian kitchens and modern appliances. Air con units fitted throughout the apartment.

The bedrooms feature elegant fitted Italian wardrobes and internal doors giving a feeling of luxury throughout. Master bedroom has en-suite facilities. Air con units fitted in the bedrooms along with a ceiling fans with dimmer lights. There is also floor standing fans for those extra warm nights. Fly screen fitted to window so can sleep with window open without insects getting in.

On the large balcony there is a 4 seater table and chairs and at the other end comfortable two seat sofa, two armchairs and a rattan style coffee table. The balcony overlooks the lush gardens and pools.

The apartment has the added benefit of fly screens fitted to the patio doors and windows.

Features include spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and living areas with TV and DVD player. Free WiFi, android box connected to TV so you can watch 100`s of films, shows, news and even box sets. A number of DVDs and books are provided, why not take a few DVD's with you, the dvd player can play backup films.

The radio/CD which has an iPod docking station also plays CDR's and CDRW disks, so you can take your own favourite MP3 disks, also has a USB slot so you can play your favourite tunes from a memory stick.

Health Suite and Spa

An exceptional benefit to residents of the Aphrodite Sands resort is the superb Health and Fitness Spa available to both owners and visitors.

The Spa offers exceptional health and beauty treatments, including a fitness room with state of the art equipment, sauna and steam room, Jacuzzi, showers, air-conditioned studio space for classes and a selection of beauty treatments for both men and women, including a variety of massage styles, facials, body wraps and scrubs, Reiki hot stones and reflexology.

The Spa will be managed by health, beauty and fitness professionals, offering excellent care to residents of all ages. Quite simply, residents may not want to leave the resort once they arrive.

In this idyllic setting you can enjoy all of the benefits of and facilities offered by a luxury holiday resort, whilst at the same time being able to escape to the privacy of their own exclusive apartment for privacy and relaxation.

Why can't I call Maurice (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maurice (the owner) a message.

If Maurice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
