En nuestro edificio sentirá la tranquilidad y comodidad de su propio hogar, construido tan solo hace 9 años, sin duda representa un enorme atractivo debido a sus calidades que lo convierten probablemente en el establecimiento con mejor relación calidad-precio de Madrid.

Nos encontramos en la ZONA RESIDENCIAL del polígono de LA RESINA, Zona Sur de Madrid, y gracias al transporte público y en concreto al cercanías de Renfe SAN CRISTOBAL INDUSTRIAL, usted podrá estar exactamente en 13 minutos en la estación de Atocha y 18 en Sol.

Todos nuestros lofts disponibles se encuentran en este edificio y cuentan con las mismas calidades, las variaciones de precios responden a las diferentes tipologías de lofts en cuanto a metros cuadrados y distribución, pero en todos sentirá el confort y la tranquilidad que nos diferencia de otros establecimientos de alquiler temporal.

No olvide que dispone de un equipo de personas que atenderán cualquier necesidad que pueda surgirle, tanto el encargado como el equipo de limpieza y mantenimiento, harán lo posible por ayudarles si requieren atención, ante cualquier urgencia el encargado estará disponible para atenderles cuando sea necesario.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If CriteriaHome! (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
