La Calandria Madrid is a villa of 450 sqm with private garden and pool, located in the capital. Designed to accommodate large families, this home has 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The ground floor is distributed in a hall, a living room with a library and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults). A spacious lounge with dining area, a large sofa with chaise; fireplace and TV Led 50 ". Full kitchen, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine. breakfast area and TV. The first floor of 250 m² has 4 bedrooms double, one with bath. All bright and spacious. the second floor consists of 4 single bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchen. the house is very bright with large windows and has all appliances. Air conditioning and heating. WIFI high speed. 3 TV spread over two rooms and kitchen. Library. Dining room. Terrace Chill Out. Hammocks. Lawn. Solar shower in the pool area. Air conditioning. the garden has its fully organic fruit, palm trees, various plants and shrubs. a dense ivy surrounds the garden. Barbecue. the pool is large with two levels of depth and lighting. (available from April to September). the residential area is quiet and no noise despite its Céntric a location. You can park in the area without problems or time ticket. A 10-minute walk from Peñagrande Metro Station and 5 minutes from bus stops that lead straight to the center (Plaza Spain, Callao, Moncloa, Puerta del Sol ...). It is perfectly communicated with Barajas (Adolfo Suárez) airport only 15 minutes by car. The largest shopping mall in the capital "The Trough" is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, cinemas, boutiques and supermarkets. Comfort, luxury and privacy for family or business trip in Madrid.

The pictures really understate how lovely this villa is. Its very spacious, light and airy; fully accommodated our 19 strong group. The facilities are great. The pool was a good size for our group. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood but is roughly 20 minutes to central should you want the buzz & lights (which is c£14 in an Uber.) There is also a big shopping mall about a 25 min walk, that has everything you could possibly need. The owner is super responsive and Carlos is always on hand should you need anything. We had a Fantastic stay and would definitely come back again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
