Villa Benamata is a characteristic and welcoming two-story independent house located on top of a small hill. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Benamata you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills and of the Chianti valley. Villa Benamata is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of the small hamlet of Lucolena. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and a grocery store a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Villa Benamata from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Benamata you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to five cars.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going down a walkway that cuts through the terrace and includes approximately 30 stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.2 meter (4 feet) to 2.6 meters (8.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a circular shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the valley and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Terrace

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will reach it from the living room going down a route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the vineyards.

Ground FloorLiving Room

You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through two French doors.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen has a Juliet balcony.

Half bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.

Top FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The room has a window overlooking the gardens of the surrounding houses.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Roof LevelBedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom corridor climbing 12 steps. This room has no door. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a high window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

Bottom LevelBedroom 5

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the corridor going down 14 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the other buildings. The bedroom features a large fully-enclosed shower.
