This lovely holiday home in Tuscany is within walking distance (500 mt) of the remarkably conserved medieval walled hill-top village of Lucignano (near Arezzo, at 25 km), famous for its unique elliptical shape and concentric streets. This villa is on the top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees, and enjoys a striking view of the most beautiful side of Lucignano and of the Val di Chiana.

The house is divided into two separate large accommodations. The owners live in one half of the house with a dog and some cats; the couple owns a restaurant and for this reason will not disturb your holiday being busy and out of the way all day long. At guest’s disposal there is a large flat on the ground floor with an independent entrance (3-4 steps lead to it), and a garden with swimming pool (10x5 mt, open May-Sept, shared with the owners). The property is fenced and pets are welcome. The apartment, 100 sqm, has a lovely private furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Suitable for up to 6 people, the house has 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed, and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with a bath tub with shower head; hair dryers are available), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle), and a living room with TV (not Sat). Other facilities: internet Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, mosquito nets at the windows, and some bicycles at disposal. In the garden (shared with the owners) there is a barbecue. On request, it is possible to add a baby bed or an extra bed.

This villa with pool near Lucignano is in an ideal position both for those wishing to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation in the countryside and for those who have cultural and art interests. Lucignano itself is to be visited, offering many quaint corners as well as shops and restaurants. Furthermore, it is well served by public transport being near the main roads and railways for some of the most important art centres of central Italy. Siena is only at 42 km, Cortona 29km, Pienza 31 km and Montepulciano, famous for its Nobile wine, at 25 km. Nearest restaurant at 200 mt, food shops in Lucignano.
