ACCOMODATION: the villa is 250 square meters and can accommodate 9 persons in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It extends on two levels:
On the ground floor there is a small living room giving access to a large living/dining room with fireplace. This dining/living room opens directly onto the garden. On the ground floor there are also a well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, cooker and dishwasher) with a small storeroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (two of them have their own ensuite bathroom with shower), one twin bedroom with panoramic terrace and a third bathroom with shower. One of the two double bedrooms has its own private covered loggia terrace.
The villa offers Wi-Fi internet connection and Tv-Sat.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: At the guests disposal there is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (17 x 7 meters, depth 1.20 - 2.10 meters) situated on a natural level which dominates the valley with its hill top towns and the church of Santa Maria della Querce with works of Giorgio Vasari. The pool is shared with the other 2 villas of the property, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms.
The garden is furnished with table and chairs for dining outside. On one side of the house overlooking the swimming pool, there is a lovely covered portico and an old oven at the guests disposal.
