This recently constructed house, (NITB 5* classification) is ideally located within the Lough Erne Golf Resort and is available for rental. It is a 3 bedroom house (1745 sq feet) decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard and affords ultimate comfort and opportunities for relaxation.
This lodge will appeal to golfers, families, friends and business associates who can all enjoy the wonderful facilities this base has to offer. It is a mere 3 minute walk from the 5* Lough Erne Golf Hotel & Spa offering a range of casual to fine dining options and spa facilities. It is also only a 2 minute walk from the Castle Hume Golf Club House.
The house enjoys magnificent views of Castle Hume Lough and is on the edge of the 4th Fairway of the Nick Faldo designed Golf Course.
The large open plan living and dining area of this holiday home together with the 3 en suite bedrooms provides very flexible accommodation options. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds while the third is furnished with twin beds.
Patio Doors open onto a large garden and furnished patio area offering sunny evenings outside enjoying the superb views. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility room houses a washer/dryer.
The main living area has a gas fire and 42" wall-mounted TV and each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. All TV's have free-view channels.

“Great place to stay”
This house was great. Very well equipped with everything we needed. With 2 kids we had no issues with the facilities. Nice large living room leading into the dining area and kitchen. Bedrooms all had en suites and also a toilet downstairs. The owner kept in regular contact before and after to make sure any queries were answered. I’d definitely return here.
“Perfect, spacious & spotless”
We booked the house to attend a two day wedding function at the lough Erne Resort, the location was perfect - just a short walk across the footbridge. This was a very spacious, well laid out house with three bedrooms, all ensuite. The house was well equipped and had everything we required. We would book this property again.
We have just returned from a short break. From the moment we booked Jackie was excellent, professional and kind in facilitating us and sending information. The house is beautiful, modern and has everything you need. I wish we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms are beautiful and furnished to a very high standard with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very roomy and the kitchen lacks nothing. I would have no issue recommending his property to anyone. A real home from home. Thank you so much.

From the moment of booking the holiday home on the Lough Erne resort to handing back over the keys I've been welcomed with on point emails, the owner replies back instantly. The home is set in the beautiful Lough Erne golf resort, a 5 minute walk from the main hotel. The house is well sized and really is ideal for a short or long stay. I'll definitely be returning to No 21. Stunning view, perfect position, clean & ideal size for any family or couple. Well worth booking! I'm already working on new dates to book. If you are as girlie as I, you'll be happy to know the house includes a hairdryer, clean towels to all bathrooms/ensuites & hand wash to all sink areas (I'm a bit of an anti bacterial gel fan, so to have these small but necessary essentials makes a happy stay). The house is home from home, fully equipped with all you need, TVs in pretty much all rooms, ironing board, board games, oh and not forgetting the outside table to enjoy the perfect Lough views. Only 1 thing that needs working on, which is minor....the kettle needs a de-scale. Ps...love the fact the owner makes sure you have a little bottle of milk awaiting you in the fridge. Thank you for allowing my partner & I to stay, truly lovely xx
“An excellent weekend!”
Stayed for the weekend with a group of friends to attend a wedding in Lough Erne Resort. It's location was perfect with a view of the lake and a path which takes you to hotel in a few mins walking. Would definitely recommend this to anyone attending any kind of function in the hotel. It also has excellent cooking facilities.
We recently spent the weekend here, was a great stay. Property was very clean with great facilities. Would strongly reccomend.
“Superb rental, Clean , Warm, perfect location.”
This House ticks all the boxes for a break or holiday. It sits within the Loch Erne golf Resort just a couple of miles outside Enniskillen . It's very clean and warm and tastefully decorated and has flat screen tv's throughout. There's plenty of utensils , plates,etc , making self catering easy.. All the bedrooms are en-suite and were perfect for what we wanted as there were 6 of us staying ( 3 couples).. It was just a short walk to the Hotel or clubhouse and there are plenty of walks around the golf course for the energetic.

Stayed in this beautiful villa with friends for a few days. The Resort is fantastic and the villa very well equipped. Loved walking over the wooden footbridge accessed from the back of the house up to the Hotel. Welcome Pack provided in the house was a very nice touch. No hesitation in recommending this villa and we hope to return.
